I ordered a pizza bowl, but it was not prepared as I requested. The meats were supposed to include sausage and pepperoni, but instead, there was chicken, which I did not order. Additionally, I asked for it to be well done, but it was not cooked to that level. It frustrates me when I pay for my food and do not receive it as I specified. I had to remove all the chicken and re-cooked it until it was well done. And I couldn’t go by the labels on the box because they were mislabeled. Not happy at all

I ordered the papa bites for pickup. They were on special for $4.99. I was quoted 17-24 minutes for pickup. They were ready in 10 minutes. They were hot but lacked in flavor. I will be back but won’t order the papa bites again. We will stick to the pizza

If it would let me put no stars I would. Me and my family love Papa John’s but I will now never use this location ever again. We’ve had numerous problems with this location and yesterday just sealed the deal. The big red headed woman that works there is horrible she’s got an attitude problem and is very disrespectful. She was so bad yesterday getting an attitude with me for me checking to make sure my 8 pizzas that I spent $100 on was correct that I almost demanded my money back and the folks that came in behind me left because she was so rude. It’s ridiculous!

I couldn’t leave more than one star as they canceled Mt order after receiving payment, no reason given and then informed me of a 48 hour wait to even receive a refund for the food I had ordered. They did not notify me that my order was canceled until I called them to find out why the delivery had not been made and a status had not been posted through the app.

Last 2 times I ordered papa John’s it totally sucked thought the first time was a fluke too much sauce second time there was too much sauce and my pizza wasn’t even cut. I got one tonight and it was so good that I didn’t even eat the dinner I cooked . She was very nice and I will order from there again because she has done a great job and made me want another pizza from her. Just ask for her and get an awesome pizza.

On the 14th of August around 5pm there was a caucasian male with a goatee who didn’t wear gloves while making a pizza.
