The bagels are really good for from this place, but I ordered a bacon and cream cheese, and as you can see they put half a piece of bacon and barely any cream cheese on either bagel. They also toasted both bagels which I did not ask for. And practically burnt my girlfriend’s bagel. I understand it gets very busy in there but don’t be lazy and careless. I’m from New Jersey and would never be given a bagel like this !

food was terrible. i got a bagel with butter and they put half the container on it. butter had no taste to it and was very dry. i also got a cheddar bagel with egg and cheese. it was a plain bagel with cheese thrown on top and the egg and cheese inside were cold. HIGHLY disappointed.

Ordered an “overstuffed sandwich”. A BLT to be exact. What I got was a joke. Seriously. Funniest punchline ever. The owner is making his money and doesn’t give a care how his/her business is being run. They probably don’t pay their workers well. Why? They’re literally a sign that says no drive thru today, short staffed. This means only 2 things. There’s literally nobody who needs a job OR the working conditions and pay are horrible. What do you think it is? This area doesn’t deserve this.

Been my go to spot since opening. Bagels always fresh, and one of the few left to offer Blueberry as a flavor! So many flavors, always polite staff. Owner has created a welcoming atmosphere

This is a nice shop but the service from the employees which are fairly young is not good, the wait for a bagel is too long, and the shop RUNS OUT OF BAGELS BY mid day. The drive through is a nightmare and standing on line is even worst. To then find out that what you want to order is not even available anymore.

My drive through service was so bad I won’t do that anymore.

But I feel like they are very cheap with their serving I paid $6.01 for a plain bagel and avocado plus spread and I think they spread half a teaspoon on the bagels. If you’re going to charge $6 you need to give $6 worth.

Get friendlier employees and clean the coffee station.

Get here early as the bagel selections quickly disappear. Bagels and bagel sandwiches are really good! Drive through takes a long time as everything is made fresh. If you go inside, they offer yesterday’s bagels at a deeply discounted price. Their home made cream cheeses are all very good!

Bagel are pretty good and reasonably priced. On the weekend you have to get there early to ensure they don’t run out of whatever kind of bagel you want. The service is HORRIBLE. It is not uncommon to wait 20-30 min for you food. No one working there cares. Not even the owner, who is always there. You will get your food when they feel like it. Actually, there’s now sign telling you to be patient. Today will be my last attempt to go here. Exactly 28 min for 2 bagels with cream cheese. Nope. No excuse for this.

Okay, call me old school. Manners and worth ethnics does not exist anymore. i was just that big, delicious on Washington Avenue, North Haven.
I understand everything’s made to order. But this is, by far the slowest place ever. I was the only person waiting in the lobby. There was 2 cars in drive through. I waited seven minutes for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. the lady in drive through has pure sweatpants on three times bigger than her size, a sweatshirt, three times bigger than her size. this is not judging somebody’s clothes. This is saying, the appearance, how people present themselves when you’re in a retail establishment dealing with customers. Bagelious should have their employees represent themselves a little better. then all she was doing was leaning over the counter on her cell phone the entire time I was there. when my bagel was finally done, lady comes from behind the bagels. Yells out. My number throws the bag on the counter, walks away. Its not like they were busy. This is customer and employee. They got signs all over the place. No outside drinks customer comes in with a coffee, he orders a bagel. I actually say something to the cashier. She replies he comes here all the time. It’s okay, so I guess that rule doesn’t pertain to regular customers. There’s no other place near here other than a competition coffee donut shop. I usually put up with their slowness
But their employees just gotten lazy.
This is the worst place to go.Unless you have all morning to wait for your food

– Updating this review from 4 stars to 2 stars due to the continuous poor customer experience (sassy and short tempered guy at the drive through) and STILL THE SAME PROBLEM: no good bagel selection even at 9am on a Tuesday. Please stop making weird bagels no one wants and focus on your best sellers!! Not a single cheese bagel of any kind after 9am??

Bagelicious sells the tastiest bagels in CT!! They are delicious and they even sell them by the dozen so you can make your own at home. The quality is impossible to beat.

However, I highly recommend getting there earlier than 11am to avoid the crowds and they usually start running out of bagel options by then. Isn’t that weird since they are open until 2pm?? All the good bagels run out by 11am. After years and years of business you’d think they would have increased the quantities of bagels they make of the popular flavors, but they still don’t and that’s disappointing!! I can never get a Cheddar or Jalapeno bagel after 11am. Store manager please adapt to your clients preferences.

The drive through is pretty slow and typically goes the same speed as ordering from the counter. They will not toast your bagel if you don’t ask, which is surprising since all the other places do it automatically. Although the quality of the bagels is amazing, but when you order one of the sandwiches they make at the store, the quality is super unpredictable. My usual order of pastrami egg & cheese sandwiches are sometimes loaded and sometime without any pastrami which can be very disappointing. Now I just buy bagels by the dozen from there and I recommend Bagelicious Cheshire for sandwiches instead because they provide a 100% more consistant high quality sandwiches.

I don’t mind the wait which is always long because I really like their bagels. But the last several times I’ve been the service has been quite bad. Very rude, makes me feel like I’m inconveniencing them by ordering and my order is always wrong. I know a lot of the staff on weekends at least are young, but the whole energy in the place feels quite negative and it makes me question the integrity of the food prep now too. I’ve seen a lot of similar reviews about this, bummed this place has gone so downhill. The bagels are good though.
