Not sure where all these great reviews come from. I tried it and will not waste money here again. Every different thing I purchased had the same taste no matter what it was. ♀️ Everything tasted like cloves. Yes like cloves you put on ham. Very heavy taste that I could not eat. To think I brought 20 terrible tacos. Yikes!

Imagine you’re driving on 17/92 and you see an obviously out-of-business run-down, gas station. You might think to yourself “there’s another failed business” but look harder.
In the driveway is a small taco trailer; Taquiera El Sami painted on the side. Just now tried this previously overlooked taco place. Let me tell you, honestly, having lived in two Mexican food meccas, El Paso, TX and Southern CA, this place is 1000% the real deal. If your idea of great tacos are from a fast food taco place, please just pass them by; it will be far too much flavor and freshness for you to handle.
Like others in these reviews, I got the Quseso Birria. Unbelievable flavor. I’ve had almost nothing better. The Mexican consommé was hot, as were the tacos. And they give you 4 tacos, I believe most others only give 3. Both items were full of flavor and properly made. I cannot vouch for their other offerings (yet), but will be trying other menu items and updating this review as need be. So at least for Queso Birria, run, don’t walk, to Taqueria El Sami!

Delicious. SUPER FRESH cook to order. There tortillas are amazing, they give the perfect amount of meat and onions. Perfect balanced.
One of the best tacos I’ve had. There hot sauce is so delicious. I had the Asada tacos. Will probably be grabbing this for dinner at least twice a week. So good
