By far one of the worst chipotle that I ever been to. Disregard the portion part this place is really lacking a proper management . I been there multiple times in the evenings and the staff is just very unprofessional I was un attended for 10 min in front of the counter when 2 employees are just casually talking in the corner . It almost looked like they were mad that I came in . The food counter where they make ur bowl is filthy , there was brown rice in white rice , corn and fajitas on every salsa , sour cream on top of the counter . Then When I went to sit down there was food on every single table top you gonna have to wipe down to sit . I hope someone up above management come and take a look at this place .

This Chipotle has no standards. The quality of the food is sub par. Portions are small and when you ask for a little more, the staff gives you an attitude. The service is non existent, unless you speak the language other than English. The atmosphere is apparently a night club, blasting loud music and not giving a care.

Worst. Location. Ever. I work a few miles south and when I work a double, I like to order chipotle to pick up. Probably just gonna go the few extra miles to Libertyville or Vernon Hills. Last straw was last week. Ordered a bowl to be ready at 2 o’clock. Showed up at 2 sharp and nothing on the shelf. The to go employee was working on a burrito. She then asked if i had 2 orders (coworker asked for chips & salsa after i already submitted my order). I confirmed. She then rolled her eyes and realized she prepared me a burrito when I ordered a bowl. I’ve been working on reducing my carb/calorie intake and told her I really didn’t want a tortilla. Thinking she’d simply remake the order, she opened the burrito and dumped what came off into a bowl, crumpling the tortilla and half of its contents and throwing it into the trash. Ended up with the most pathetic bowl I’ve ever seen (pictured).
Previous screw ups include:
Adding 6 small pieces of brisket when I ordered a brisket bowl.
Adding ZERO meat to a Chorizo bowl.
Skipping Guac requests.
Countless late orders well past promised times.
My in-app complaint went ignored.
Yeah, I’ll try for the other locations from now on.

Why is this place still open?? It’s dirty!! They don’t clean! The staff is so unfriendly the meat looked like three days reheated food!!! I had the worse stomach ache afterwards!!! My first time there and it will be my last very disgusted never again!! All the money you charge for food yet you serve crap. Go anywhere else better than this joint.

Ordering on the app makes it impossible to get the food you ordered. From missing guac (that you get charged for), to getting the completely wrong order, to having to wait 20 minutes past the supposed ready time for an order that was placed an hour ago. And if your order IS correct, the bowl is half full at best.
I am usually very understanding with workers, especially in fast food, and I have never felt the urge to leave a 1 star review, but I am never coming to this Chipotle again.

Ordered a kids meal for pickup on DoorDash.was at location in 5 mins….I noticed there was no one inside so I figured they would be working on my order…
They asked me to wait . I waited for another 15 minutes as customers came piling in…
Finally they decided to make mine opened it up and there was no protein…so I went inside they said oh sorry we were out of barbacoa….. So they just didn’t give me any I was standing right there.. they could have asked if I wanted something else.. I’m just lucky I picked it up and checked before I left.
Steak was horrible tasted off …and very dry.they were also out of chicken. Had to go with the steak for my substitution

I’m a little confused on how to rate my experience today when I was ordering my chicken burrito the lady putting the items in put lettuce on it with out me asking for it.
