Went to the Parma Heights Dunkin’ Donuts location and had a great experience. I ordered 2 donuts and 5 hash browns, came home and had breakfast. The best hours to come to Dunkin would be in the morning a little bit after the morning rush, but be sure to give each location time to restock, as they will have to make new donuts and food items per time during the day. I highly recommend the old fashioned donuts as they are simple and taste really good and I also recommend the hash browns as they are so easy to eat and also to warm up at your home if you have a microwave oven. Here’s to a really great breakfast! Cheers!

This is the last time I step foot at this location! There is always an issue with their food or coffee here at this location. I will say that they did amazing with the coffee this visit, but the food and service could of used some work. I always ask for extra queso when ordering loaded hash browns, and when I asked if they put extra queso, everyone by the window stares at me, then they give an expressionless answer “yeah”. I drive off, my sandwich has BURNT BACON and the queso, although they gave me extra, it was ice cold, and the hash browns were nowhere near fresh, felt as they were rewarmed. I recommend going to the Dunkin down the road by strongsville Walmart than this place.

Loved it here in the drive thru! I made sure to tip and everything. Service was great and they listened to a small request I made for my Vanilla Coolatta order! I asked for an additional two pumps of strawberry and they were able to do it thankfully with no attitude or anything. Very kind workers and I would love to come here more often!
(Note: The last dunkin on ridge denied me this add-on, no shame to them because I guess sometimes the dunkin register and app doesn’t let you mark these things off but I thought it was a kind gesture from this store to do for me!) ☺️

The quality of service at this location has taken a nosedive as of late. I went in an ordered a “brown sugar shaken espresso” and as I was leaving I tasted it and it had absolutely none of the brown sugar. I went to the counter and told them and that’s when I noticed they were out of it on the line. That’s when they opened up a new bottle and put it in my coffee. They were so lazy that they gave me my drink without the main ingredient simply because they didn’t feel like opening up a new bottle…. that’s crazy. These people simply don’t give a crap. Sadly, this is happening everywhere nowadays. Service is nonexistent anymore. They can’t even do the bare minimum for their jobs.

Place seems clean, but they are constantly getting my orders wrong 3 times in a row, last time I got Dunkin, I had sent my brother up there and he comes home with one sandwich and one coffee after I spent 20 dollars, didn’t even put the other 4 items in the bag. I called up there told them she said they would re make it, send him again with the receipts and she makes me pay for it again…

I sat in line for 23 minutes , We moved an inch. I had already placed my online mobile order which you cannot cancel so I left now I’m out my nine dollars and I’m going somewhere else to eat because 23 minutes in a line at Dunkin’ Donuts is absolutely ridiculous. Will never be coming back to this location again.

I ordered through the mobile app and everything was ready when I got there. I ordered the usual coffee and donuts, but I tried something new, The Mango-Pineapple Green Tea Refresher drink. The title lives up to its name, the drink is very refreshing. It has a nice flavor balance. The green tea is not over powering either. I’m sure I will order it again.

This Dunkin’ is on the corner of Pearl and York Rd in Parma/Parma Hts (depends on who you ask) lol. KUDOS to Sophie for providing a 5-star experience!!!!! She greeted me with such enthusiasm that I almost went back out the door to hear it all over again!! Sophie was friendly, professional, courteous…I could go on and on; but, instead I encourage you to ♂️ ♀️ ♂️ ♀️ there asap.
