Ordered a personal pan. Gave man my phone number. He said he would text me when it’s ready. I sat right there in in front of Papa John’s. He could see me. I watched my phone. After 30 minutes I walked back up there to check. It was ready. They put it in the warmer and I guess didn’t send the text. Who really knows. Pizza was subpar. I won’t eat there again. Too many better things to eat in the casino than mediocre, almost cold, pizza.

Ordered XL Works hand tossed pizza and 8 piece buffalo wings on 8/2/25. The pizza had no taste, was not completely cooked. After tasting a piece threw entire pizza away. I order buffalo wings and was given bar b que wings. They were not good, tasted rubbery, threw them away also, tasted one of them. Although food was a credit $30 for pizza and $15 for wings, this was money wasted. Should have gone to Smash Burger. I don’t know what went wrong with Papa John’s this time.

The employee was nice and the food was good. The drunk lady behind me tried to interrupt me to place her order. The cashier firmly told her that she had to wait for her turn. I love the people who visit Choctaw Casino. Never a dull moment.

The female “leader” needs training on customer service as well as leading a team. I can bet the turnover is high. I witnessed her act like a child and talked down at the staff when the pizza came out the wrong way and then run in the back.

I have no complaints on the food at Papa John’s Pizza at the Choctaw Casino, it was hot and fresh and very tasty. The atmosphere was great the tables were clean. My only complaint was the staff they do not communicate very well and nobody was in line they were just standing around we wanted the pre made pizzas pieces and only had 1 pizza we asked how long before more choices and they kinda shrugged their shoulders then the other girl said 10 minutes one will be out so we said we would sit down and wait, well within 1 minute they put out a cheese pizza lol, so we got 1 piece cheese and 1 piece of supreme it was very good but staff is not helpful or friendly at all which is sad because we love Papa John’s hopefully it will get better

Worst Papa John’s ever. Did not even come close to tasting like Papa John’s. Pizza was super thin and tasted like the cardboard box it came in. Definitely not worth $30 for a “large” pizza.
