My wife and I bought some burgers yesterday that seemed to be from lunch because the meat was black and a little crunchy. We didn’t have time to go back and make a complaint so I figured here is my complaint. Also had to repeat several times that I didn’t want pickles on my burger. Well wouldn’t you know it they didn’t get that right either. There needs to be some real management changes because that was worse than a pathetic attempt to serve the public. We were unable and unwilling to eat the crunchy cheeseburgers. Will never eat from that McDonalds again.

I had done the self checkout order. A female cashier has a very nasty attitude problem and disrespectful to cause me humiliation. I also had to wait over 30 minutes to get my order. This same female cashier had given my order to the wrong person, and thought it was so funny. She should be fired.

The ONLY reason I am giving 1 star is bc you have to in order to make a comment. TRUCKERS BEWARE!!! Don’t waste your time or money here. My husband stopped for lunch and they’re not able to serve anything right now. About a week ago, he stopped for breakfast. They can’t give an extra syrup for hotcakes and sausage, nor would they allow him to purchase one for $0.27! It is pretty sad that the people (truckers) who are limited on time, when and where they can stop to eat CANT stop to eat. It’s also pretty sad that 1 extra syrup would literally “break the bank” for the whole McDonald’s chain.i mean it’s not like their food is worth it anymore, but when you are extremely limited on everything, you gotta eat. Or in this case, NOT EAT.

Drove up at 06:10 thinking I would get my usual. I tried to go into eat. However, the door was locked! I checked the operating hours on the door and it stated 0600. I jiggled the door and waited. No answer from the employee’s I noticed in side . I did it again with the same results .
Most people would have given up. I waited. Still the employees wouldn’t come unlock the door.
If this is how McDonalds is concerned about the customers, I will no longer provide you my money!

Bathroom was closed. When manager asked employee that was responsible for cleaning it, employee response was “they should have got here before 9:00. Was missing parts of our order, and had to back and ask for our drinks. Terrible service. And poor attitude of employee. I would have sent that employee to the house.

The service here is abhorrent. The staff are rude and even disrespectful at times. There are only a couple fast food places in town, and I would rather eat anywhere BUT here. Literally would rather eat at home than go here. My food is cold most of the time, and God forbid you take it back in, or they will have such an attitude about it, I would be scared to even eat what they gave me back. Cannot count the times I have gotten home and been missing half or more of my order, that I had paid for. This place is terrible. Oh, and they may as well take ice cream OFF THE MENU! The machine is ALWAYS “down”.
