I’m not one to complain and I always understand if there is a mistake made from a coffee shop but I think this is the worst location I have been too. Every time I order coffee they always forget to put the extra syrup I paid for or they end up making a completely different coffee I get it, it happens. But today I order an egg, cheese pesto bagel and there was still paper in the bagel which I almost chocked on not cool, I feel like no one pays attention there.

Love this place but it really depends who is working. Today I ordered a large frozen drink and literally got a cup full of frothy foam. The drink weighed slightly more than an empty cup, I’m not sure how they didn’t notice. It was not even drinkable. It went straight in the trash. I hate complaining but I’m only posting this review because this is like the 4-5th time this has happened in the last month but this time was honestly hard to look past. I always give a 2 dollar tip too…. I paid $9 for a cup of frothy foam. Not cool.

There service is really fast don’t feel like i have to wait for a long time to receive my order. The environment is protected. When other customers are being loud I have seen them talk to them or ask them to leave. Geanna, Johnny, Kalee, Brooklyn, Silvia are all really nice and very fast! I really appreciate the customer service they have!

I would 1st like to say that I love the coffee. That being said you are understaffed and the two girls you had working today were more concerned about joking around than customers. I watched four people walk out because they were not even asked about what they needed. I waited about 15 minutes for a single cup of coffee and that’s absolutely unacceptable. Please take the time to genuinely understand the disappointment.

Love Beans! Great coffee and friendly service! Their coffee has a great flavor and is my favorite of all the coffee shops around. Whenever I am in a different city in Utah I always look for Beans and Brews before any other coffee shop! They also have great drinks for the non-coffee drinkers in my life.

Waited almost 30 minutes for 2 coffees.
Was very patient but after I was the first customer to order and the last customer to leave I approached the counter to ask how much longer my wait would be.
They did not realize I had not been served yet and my coffee had been sitting to the side getting cold for who knows how long. Not to mention the prices are now CRAZY. Almost $8 per coffee.
Makes me so sad because I love this place, but it’s becoming intolerable.

This is my favorite beans and brews location. My coffee is consistently made the same way and always good. The service is pretty fast too and the staff is friendly. Their cold brew is my favorite.

I had a mobile order with one drink and waited in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes because the car in front of me had a very large order. Most fast food places I’ve been to have a policy where if there’s a large order and it’s going to be a long wait, they’ll have them pull to the front so the cars behind don’t have to wait unnecessarily. Maybe try implementing something like that
