Ordered a jackpot with no mushrooms or olives and add pineapple. Got my pizza went home to find olives on my pizza. Took it back to have the snobby manager girl tell me I needed to specify no black or green olives although no olives is pretty self explanatory in my opinion. So I asked for a new pizza which they kindly made. The kindness ended here however. When I got home with my second pizza I found out it had no olives however it was now covered in mushrooms and had no pineapple. Now almost two hours from the original phone order the location is closed and to top it off they kept the receipt so corporate told me to pound salt

First time at Blackjack Pizza while visiting Denver and I was really impressed. The flavor was on point, crust had a great bite and the toppings tasted fresh and not skimpy. I went with a classic combo and it hit the spot after a long day walking around the city.
Service was quick and super friendly, the staff made it easy even though I was clearly not a regular yet. Food came out hot and fast and they didnt rush me at all. If I lived here I’d definately be back, solid pizza and good vibes all around.

Ordered a pizza online. Went in and picked it up within 15 minutes. Got home and took a bite and could taste and see the rawness. We called in to see what they could do for us, and after holding twice we were told we could bring it in and get a new one, but next time they would not do anything for us. Asked us to wait 20 for the new one. Went back in and was asked to examine the pizza with the employee, after showing him it was raw, he tried to tell me that that is how all the pizzas look. I then opened the new one *picture included* and showed him again it was still raw. Employee again stated that all their pizzas come out like that. Would not recommend over even dominos, be careful getting food poisoning.

More often than not: the perfect pizza. Thick doughy-bread crust with the perfect amount of cheese and great toppings. Dominos sprinkles. This place loads. Great fettuccine sauce. I’m a one slice guy, but had to do three tonight so I could enjoy the Hawaiian. The third was small. They don’t cut them evenly which I appreciate when justifying more. Lui’s is gourmet, but when you just want a good old fashioned delicious pie, this is your go. I am from New York. This is not New York pizza. Vincent’s has that. This is just great Denver! Go Denver. Well, except Bo Nix breaking his foot. Way better than Seattle pizza. I lived there too.

I just had a delivery order dropped off and had the delivery driver bang on my door when I specified a contactless delivery. When I opened the door I expected them to inform me that they dropped off the delivery, thats when I’d thank them and hand them their tip.Or atleast that how it usually goes. When I opened the door the delivery guy still with my food in his hand said ‘no tip’?! I’m like excuse me? It a no contact delivery. He again says ‘ so no tip’?! I tell him no! He proceeded to throw my food on the chair by my door. I shut my door cause I’m not going to entertain this Huge reject demanding things on my doorstep. I spoke to the manager who was understanding and apologized. But I’m sorry, if you don’t like your job or dont like having to depend on tips, get a better job! Tips are for a job well done. When I saw he still had my order in hand after he banged on my room. There was NO WAY I was gonna give him a tip. Even the manager mentioned I had requested a drop off and there was no reason to even engage with me. Ppl are getting WAY too bold nowadays.

I’m really super disappointed in this blackjack’s work ethic. I guess it’s ok to not completely cut a pizza completely when it’s for a customer who clearly wanted it cut to eat. Now I’ve gotta find a way to cut it. How difficult is it to firmly press your pizza cutter all the way through some very hot/soft dough????? What’s funny is my wife ordered it this time & y’all still messed up.

Spent 70 bucks on 3 pizzas and 2 of em look like they have been rolled up and tossed around, barely even edible… my kids ate a few of the decent pieces on the one side that had some shape left but the other side will need to be eaten like soup lol.. this is crazy service has gone downhill that’s for sure
