They will have a lobby full of people, and won’t turn around to greet you. I waited 25 minutes on a DoorDash order, and I practically had to get my friend to yell at them to get their attention. This isn’t the first time this has happened. We avoid this location AT ALL COSTS. Your food will sit on the rack, and no one will ask if you need help.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would! The absolute worst service, worst management I have ever experienced. They left my kids pizza sitting on the ground…on the concrete. They never even knocked. When I called the manager said there was a sign that said to leave deliveries at the door. I Most Certainly DO NOT have a sign that says that! Papa John’s has always been my go to for pizza…..NO MORE!

Whatever you do. Do NOT use DoorDash with this restaurant. They are of the opinion that if you want proper service, you can do it yourself. What a poor excuse for customer service. As far as the management, couldnt be more controlling. It’s pizza honey. You don’t need to micromanage it.

Ordered Buffalo chicken and Philly steak papadias, ad Jalapeno popper rolls. They were all soooooo goood!!! I would add more Buffalo sauce to the Buffalo one tho. Maybe on the inside. Still good tho!!

Been ordering here for the last couple years and the staff is always fast and friendly. They do skimp on toppings, and obviously they are sometimes slow when all of Cookeville orders pizza at the same time, but they’ve been phenomenal! We ran into an issue with the app and the remote customer service was no help but the manager Kyle was awesome and able to take care of the situation! Definitely one of the best chain pizza places around.

My son picked up the order and they fixed it to where he got his son a cheese pizza at a amazingly good deal I didn’t have enough for more than one so the staff helped him out with a large cheese pizza so I want to say thank you to all the Cookeville staff at Papa John’s you melted this Nana’s heart so thank you. The food like always was amazing and none left over.
