I went to pick up an order for a customer and they said it would be another 2 min the order. Well that took over 10 minutes and the staff were arguing about personal stuff the whole time. Both the girl and the guy were pretty rude but the main issue I had was that the place was dead, there were no other orders and there was no reason why they were just now starting to make the pizza. So something that apparently was supposed to take two minutes took over 10 minutes and there were no other Customers nor Were there any other online orders. And the dude with the glasses just hand me the pizza awkwardly And Couldn’t even put the sticker on the box correctly to keep the box shut. This was the definition of “say you hate your job without saying You hate your job” in its purest form. I’m a very tolerant man extremely easy to get along with so they make me leave a negative review definitely says something. Hope you guys do better sometime in the futureAnd

They changed their chicken supplier and now the tenders are small and over breaded and were overcooked as was the wedges- no butter no parm cheese and cooked til completely crunchy. $38 down the toilet. I ordered the short end rib dinner and the rib tips. I spent over $20 on this order. The food was not prepared well at all. The ribs were over cooked and the fries were too! Easily the worst experience I’ve had with this location. Looked like the restaurant tried to cover up the over cooked ribs with extra sauce, but a picture is worth a thousand words! I TIP THE DRIVER AND THE COOK TOO! When I get my pizza it looks like a commercial, its so perfect. I beg myself to take a picture but I always eat it. (pic or the pizza?) I called on my birthday, I call when I do my hair, so I stay outta the kitchen. I called and came back, when I got drunk and they computer went down. This branch of Happy’s, make me HAPPY. Best Manager ever, thank you for allowing me to be apart of your family.

My experience is always great specifically at the location in Westland,MI. Stuffed cheese bread with beef, mushroom, green pepper is my favorite. Best deals on pizza if you ask me.
