STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF U DON’T WANNA RUIN UR DATE NIGHT!!
First time we ate here the waitress was very rude and doesn’t seem too eager to do her job and was giving attitude. The food was pretty decent so we decided to give it another shot tonight, the waitress seated us in a table that was just used and was still extremely dirty with chopsticks scattered on the floor I was willing to look past that to give them a second chance but the waitress started shouting in a foreign language and proceeded to laugh looking at our general direction then threw the menu on the table so we just got up and left, she didn’t utter a word and was just smiling at us as if she’s happy to lose customers. Their food is pretty decent and it sucks that this lady is driving their business away with her her attitude and extremely rude behavior.

First time we ate here, the waitress was giving us attitude and seem upset with us for unknown reason while being very friendly to other customers. The food was not that good and took too long(more than 30 mins)
We tried to go back seeking redemption, thinking the waitress was just tired but was met with another very negative experience, service is extremely bad. Waitress was angry of some sort, made me and my family sit in a dirty table with used napkin and chopsticks on the floor then pulled part of our table loudly. Waitress also threw 2 menu on our table then left us. Me and my family just left very upset. So disappointing, better stay out of this place.

Great sushi, best not only in grande prairie, but on my top 3 across Canada for sure. Service is super fast, and nice. Quality is great from the sashimi to specialty rolls, the sockeye salmon sashimi is a very nice change, and the menu is very large which is impressive that the quality is so good. Highly recommend.

Very disappointing experience. Incredibly rude staff and the food was awful. The waitress seemed angry that we were there. Our sushi was plated already falling apart and the ramen tasted like the bottom of a dirty kitchen sink. I don’t usually write reviews, but i left that place feeling scammed. I hope this saves another couples date night. Go somewhere else, they don’t deserve your hard earned money.

We found a hair in our lettuce and when we spoke to the server they blamed us for the hair. My wife has light brown hair. They let us leave without paying which was very nice of them, but I would of appreciated some accountability for the hair. It was kind of really gross. I hope you can see the picture of the hair I pulled out of the lettuce.

Great customer service but unfortunately the food is very expensive and not tasty or good enough, plus it is very obvious it is not fresh. Each Bento box was $33+. The pork Katsu, California roll and miso soup were ok. Do not recommend sushis.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS every bite was so scrumptious and the waitress/greeter was super nice! She told us stories of when she was a child living in China and her dad would catch snakes to feed them. She recommended us trying Congee, which we will. Definitely try this restaurant, you won’t be disappointed

I ordered take out, dragon roll, tuna sashimi, crunch roll, strawberry bubble tea and a wonton soup.
All of it was fairly bland even the strawberry bubble tea. Roll size is small.
Price wise a little cheaper than other places in town but I would rather pay 20 dollars more more flavor.

Did a dinner boat and hot sake $103.00 worth of food. The dinner boat had no sushi in it. It took the server 20 min to get us soya sauce. The food was very less compared to the sushi boat I get at other restraunts. They had no desert. Once I paid the bill the server got upset and started yelling at me for not giving her tip. I walked away, then she went up to my friend and complain and I did not gave her tip. All pf this in front of bunch of other ppl eating there. What a nasty place to dine in.
