Great customer service, friendly, they even gave my 2year old twins free ice cream in a very hot day!!! Food is always fresh hot and amazing!!!

I would give zero Stars if I could I ordered a cheeseburger meal the bread was sopping wet the lettuce was slimy and they were only 11 french fries, when I called the manager said it must be my fault that I did something, and that he would replace it but he would never serve me through my phone number ever again, I told him no thanks to keep it and that I would contact corporate for refund, I have eaten at Happy’s all over the state the food is usually good the people are usually pleasant but this is the third time that I’ve had an issue with this particular location they will never get another dime from me, I have also saw little kids working in the back like 6 and 9 year olds, what’s that about!!!

The St.Louis style ribs are the best around!! I order these very often and the BBQ chicken is also great! I wish I could just order a bunch of the legs, I’m not a big fan of the thighs. The staff and the owner are always very friendly and always have my orders ready, I usually order a couple hours ahead of time and the food is ready and hot!

Pizza came quicker than expected, food was REALLY delicious. Tasted fresh, fresh ingredients and the sauce tasted homemade like you could taste the tomato in it.
I was in town for a weekend. It was kinda late so I ordered pizza. Seeing that Happy’s was one of the few open in the area. I ordered from them. Wish there was one where I live. Found my new favorite pizza place. In Lansing anyway.

Pizza is pretty good most times. The fries are sometimes perfect or something too over cooked but pretty good overall
Update 12/09/2022 my first time back here in years !!! I will NEVER BE BACK. A 10 year old working the counter , a child around 5 running around in the back – the fries are NASTY THESE CRINKLE CUT GROCERY STORE FROZEN FRIES are terrible. $20 for 2 medium 2 toppings ?!!! Rip off. Pizza is bland taste like a $5 hot and ready. I’ll stick to dominoes! I tried to come back but the quality of this Happys is awful now

We ordered rib tips and breads ticks. Both were hot and delicious. The ribs had a grilled flavor and the sauce BBQ was just right. The bread sticks came with a parmesan cheese sprinkle and a sweet homemade tasting pizza sauce. We can’t wait to try their pizza next!

Wildy disappointing.
The pizza crust was uneven and paper thin, not to mention all of the spots where air bubbles formed in the dough. We used to enjoy them in the past, but clearly, quality has gone downhill.

I ordered $40 worth of food & what a wastes of money. My delivery driver was extremely rude & my food was cold & dry like it was leftover pizza. I also got smoked lemon pepper wings, they were extremely dried out & disgusting, I’m highly disappointed in my service & food & will never eat here again

Horrible online shows chicken sandwich a breaded chicken breast not $1.50 worth of tenders on a 10$ sandwich and served with completely rotted and moldy lettuce called no one cares sad when u get lettuce looks like kimchi will never go back again.
