Loved the “Sage Advice” a NA Mock-tail that had Sage and Tangerine, absolutely divine! Not to sweet but lots of sage coming through, loved this!
Loved the Texas style chili with no beans, simple to the point and perfect to top the tamales with. I had the sweet potato tamale, and yes, the tamales are small, but they are delicious. Come in knowing that the tamales are gonna be small in size but really good. I will go ahead and get the cheese dip and the chili to top them with. You can also use them to dip your chips in 🙂
The Fried Pickle Chicken tacos hit and were delicious. A little sweet for me, but still would order again.
All in all, fun great restaurant for the price, my lunch was $29 and I got an appetizer, sage mock-tail, tamale and tacos. #winning
We tried the trio chips and dip as well as the steak tacos and chicken enchiladas. All the food was delicious and I can’t wait to go back.
Benjamin G was the worst server I have ever had.
He was very rude, demeaning and disrespectful towards me and my family. We corrected him the second he brought the wrong salsa in hopes he was still able to take it back. Instead we got a rude remark about how we were wrong. My fiancé had asked for water, but it had a weird taste, so she had asked instead if she could get a tea. He proceeded to make a smart comment saying that their water was too sophisticated for her. We know how to take a joke, but it was obviously a rude comment. In the end, we no longer wanted to be there and quickly finished our food, payed, and left.
What a gem in downtown Bentonville. Lots of space, beautiful seating, and decor. Our food was amazing, and our server was very efficient, friendly, and good knowledge of the menu.
I ordered the 3 pork tamales, and they were perfect. They were tender, moist, and full of flavors. We ordered the trio of sauces with Creamy Jalapeño, Salsa Rojo, and Verde. We were all happy with the choices. Chips were fresh and not too salty.
One lady in our group got the Green Chile chicken tamales that came with a spicy salsa. She got it on the side, and I enjoyed it. It had a little spice but was also sweet.
One lady got the pickle chicken tacos with black beans and cilantro rice. She was super excited about how good it was, and the portion size was not skimpy but also not too much.
The last lady got the pickle chicken salad that was amazing looking, and she said it was very good.
It was a great experience and will return.
We sat at the bar, and our bartender, Hannah, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and made our experience even better. Incredible service from start to finish!
The food? Even better. We started with the Melting Pot Cheese Dip, and it was insanely good. But the real star was the Pickle Fried Chicken Tacos. First words out of my mouth? This is the best taco I’ve ever put in my mouth. No exaggeration.
If you’re in Bentonville, do yourself a favor and eat here. We got super lucky finding this place—you should make it a priority!
