I feel like anytime you see a small Chinese looking building; it’s probably been there for a while because it’s good. I found Ginza while biking, and I’m so glad I did. HIGHLIGHTS: We always start with a pot of their amazing green tea. The spring rolls maybe dirt cheap, but they’re the best I’ve ever had . Tons of people show up for their half off sushi on monday & tuesday and my brother loved his. One thing that sets this place apart is the fact that almost all the meals come with soup & salad(that’s dinner, lunch is soup only). I highly recommend paying the extra dollar to upgrade your soup to an amazing Wonton soup, or their spicy Hot and Sour soup my mom loves. She always orders the Mongolian chicken (photo included), but our super nice waiter we always get said he prefers the beef. I always get the Hibachi chicken, & every other place I’ve ordered it at, it was dry, but it’s perfectly juicy here. We love the atmosphere here, and the portions always leave us with to-go boxes / extra meals, and the prices are lower than anyone else’s. I’ve been here now almost 10 times, but I’ll be coming back forever!!!

I had an amazing experience at Gen Asian Bistro on Shelbyville Road in Louisville, KY. I ordered the Godzilla Roll, and it was hands down the best sushi I’ve ever had—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The prices were incredibly reasonable, with nothing overpriced. I also enjoyed a $5 glass of house Chardonnay, which was a great value.
Despite the parking lot being nearly empty when I arrived (which made me think they might be closed), I’m so glad I went in. The food came out fresh and warm, and the service was phenomenal. This place is a hidden gem for Asian cuisine in Louisville. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality sushi in a relaxed

One of our favorites in town. Very reasonably priced and has a good mix of cuisines. Sushi (full bar), sashimi, Chinese, Thai, hibachi. Nice bar, if you want drinks or imported beers. Eat here at least once a week!

Stopped in for a quick lunch break and was seated right away. The service was outstanding — friendly and efficient — and the food came out fast and was absolutely delicious. I had the spring rolls and sushi (they have great sushi specials on Mondays and Tuesdays!). Can’t wait to bring the kiddos back next time. Highly recommend!

Excellent tasting food at a good value. Good select of beers at a good price. Ordered Alaska roll , Kentucky roll, spicy tuna, California roll. All were prepared quickly and professionally, and tasted great. Beef udon plate was really good, noodles tasted fresh and the flavor was very good. Thai basil with chicken was excellent, fresh vegetables and nice seasoning. Definitely coming back again

The greatest sushi of all time! I love this place! On Monday and Tuesday it is half off sushi, so I visit this place at least once a week. The derby roll is a special roll and boy oh boy is it special! I order it every time! I really could go on and on about how awesome this spot is, but you find out for yourself!

This place is a gem! Went on Monday for the half off sushi. It’s half off, but all the specialty rolls are still $10 (not sure I’d be willing to pay $20 for some of those, but for $10 it’s great!!!).
The sushi here is absolutely delicious, but if you go on Monday or Tuesday be prepared to wait a very long time as it gets VERY busy. Understandably so, considering those are the best days of the week to come to this place. I will definitely be back, but I think i’ll leave the house before i’m fully hungry.

Started with hot edamame. I had the Sushi deluxe with add on eel sushi. The fish was fresh and tasty. My wife had Tom Yum soup and Hawaii roll. Both were delicious. We added hot green tea and a soda.
