I had a disappointing experience at NAGOMI Sushi in Kortrijk. I ordered a beef dish, but they started preparing salmon instead. When my meal finally arrived, it was missing the vegetables shown in the menu photo, and the teriyaki sauce was overwhelmingly salty — almost as if it was used to cover up another flavor. I mentioned these issues to the waiter, who simply said “there’s nothing we can do, that’s what we serve,” and even added garlic flakes that weren’t part of the original recipe or the picture. Unfortunately, this is not a place I’d recommend for anyone looking for authentic Asian cuisine.

We had a party of 4 on a Thursday night. It wasn’t busy and we were seated right away. We received great service throughout our meal and the sushi was fresh and phenomenal. Definitely recommend if you’re home n the area.

Didn’t get bad fish, but just so-so.
You can clearly distinct between proper quality tuna and salmon, and what they serve here.
Also noticeably more rice.

We get regular take out from here, the quality of the sushi is always top notch. compared to other sushi qualities in this region, you can bet this one of the best.
the main thing about sushi is freshness, well it might take some time at specific times of service but all is made on order so this is for me paramount in the sushi ‘branche’ 🙂 i don’t mind waiting.

Everything was good. The food is good, the service is ok, except I found a hair in the ice cream. More precisely, it was in the whipped cream next to the ice cream.
I told the waiter , but it was no one’s fault.
The waiter said that everyone has short hair there.
And that was the point!
It was a short hair!
No one apologized, they became very hostile. So they had a very unprofessional attitude.
I am a customer who has been to Nagomi before so at least they could have apologized.
