Got here it was a busy night, a Saturday night. So wait was a little longer to be seated than they told us. When we finally get seated we get a male waiter & normally all of them are pretty attentive. However we got a waiter who took our order & he never checked back in or anything not even before heading out. We were there a whole 1hr & 30 minutes at the table, since there was also a little wait for the food. Then we sat at the table finished up from eating for about 25 minutes. Our waiter was too busy chit chatting with all the girl waitress to even ask if we needed our check, or to go boxes. Also didn’t get us any refills the whole time we were there as he never checked in on us, but again busy talking to all the girl waitresses. We waited so long cause I thought ok maybe he’ll finish up in conversation & come over, or pass by & we can let him know. Well he never did & disappeared shortly after. Than another male waiter came by, we asked if he could get our bill & he was nice & said he’d let our waiter know. Someone completely else checked us out, who was not originally our waiter, because he upped and left & didn’t even check in before leaving for the night LOL.

Staff was friendly, and we got a seafood boil and it was fantastic! Atmosphere was nice, we had a huge table, which was fantastic for a boil. It was Saturday night, both modern and old school hip-hop was playing, don’t know if my parents even noticed, because it wasn’t drowning out the experience, it was at a volume level that I only noticed it because I recognized it, which is perfect. We all left happy and satisfied. Gloves and bibs were provided for the seafood boil. Didn’t get any pictures because I had buttery hands (gloves) and was too busy enjoying the experience!

Friendly Faces, But Flavors Have Faded
The staff here is always friendly and attentive—service is truly top-notch. Unfortunately, the food just isn’t quite what it used to be. Still good, but missing the fresh, bold flavors that made me fall in love with this place. Hoping the kitchen brings back that original spark soon! Moreover, they always offer us dessert before they bring us our bill (we love the chocolate lava cake with ice cream) however, this time we were halfway through with our meal when the bill was brought. Definitely felt like we were rushed after that. Wife was really hoping for some of that cake. Overall thank you Hooked team for the hospitality

Pretty good food. I got the pick two fish and chips. I got the fish and scallops. Everything was cooked well and tasted good. They have very good Tatar sauce too

The seafood boil I got was super flavorful and yummy. The shrimp was DELICIOUS!! I got the 911 sauce and it was super spicy so I think next time I will do medium. The Cajun seasoning was on point too. I will definitely be coming back.

I just got the fish (cod) & chips, hubby got opted for clam chowder instead of fries. Both options very good! Love the tarter sauce too. Our server (I wish I remember her name) was very pleasant and gave us just the right amount of attention.

The last time my family dined here the crab and steamed oysters tasted funky. I stopped eating but my family finished the food. Then at 2 am I had to take my family to the ER due to them having a severe reaction. My partners lips where 3x there normal size, they had hives, stomach cramps and difficulty breathing. My family is not allergic to seafood, we regularly have it. And have had seafood since without this happening. The restaurant served us spoiled crab that could have killed my family had I not woken up.

I used to love hooked! Got in there any chance I got. Well I think I’m done with it! So dissatisfied with the whole experience. My tab was $160 for me and 2 kids, which would have been fine if the food was good but nope. Waste of my money at this point.
Food: I got the pirate feast 911 heat, it was bland and cold. Sausage pieces were actually cold, everything else was just warm ish..
Service: TERRIBLE not one person asked how my food was or if we needed anything else. I had to wave down someone for boxes when we were done and had been waiting for about 30 min.

This is one of the best seafood restaurants we have been to. Our waitress Christine was excellent taking time to explain to my girlfriend what all the boils were. The restaurant was pretty clean and the bathrooms were as well. The claim chowder was very very good.The catfish dinner was lightly breaded and not on the salty side. All in all I would recommend Hooked for lunch or dinner.
