We spent 46.40 for a big box deal. For it all to arrive barely cooked. My bbq pizza had no sauce on top of being raw. The chicken Alfredo was cold in the middle and the sauce tasted spoiled. Sad sad sad. To send out that type of quality

The time you spent waiting here can be used to drive to a far better location with better food. Food’s not usually terrible, though. There’s been lots of times where I’ve actually enjoyed it, but as of late I’ve waited for an unacceptable amount of time, for food that is actually undercooked. If you order online, walk in, and walk out at around the time it says it’s finished, consider yourself lucky. It’s usually not the employee’s fault, since this place is definitely understaffed. So if I were you, I wouldn’t bother to order here. You will be much happier if you go to a place that respects your time and tastebuds. Do not go here unless you actually want to be upset. If you desperately need to spend your money, there’s plenty of charities out there.

This was the worst quality Pizza Hut I’ve been to in years. There were random pieces of meat and bacon laying in the box, and I ordered extra sauce as part of the online order but clearly that request was ignored. I’m definitely not coming back.

Paid $50 for 2 pizzas wings and cheese sticks and the only thing that was correct was the cheese sticks. They fixed one out of 3 items that got messed up and called it a day. Definitely won’t be getting from this place again!

I ordered a pizza at 6:15 and at 8:01 it says its still cooking. When you call the phone number it takes you to a call center that can’t or won’t help with anything then they say they will transfer you to the store and they either don’t transfer or the store wont pick up so here it is almost 2 hours later no pizza and no way to reach the store. I am visiting in PA and I will never order from them again. Poor service

Chicken not up to standards.. boneless sweet bbq was very spicy and chicken hard as Rock. .Im a senior citizens & can’t have spicy food plus from being so hard I choked on the boneless chicken !!!

Ordering food here feels like a group project where no one read the instructions. The staff seem genuinely baffled by basic tasks, making every visit an unintended exercise in patience. Also the pizza is cold and incredibly undesirable.

While the Pizza tasted okay, it was not hot, and it was not cut (only marked with a cutter).
I had the same experience previously with my breadsticks, where they were not cut and the whole slab was just shoved into a bag.

Orders for delivery at 6:28 and said it was getting delivered at 7:08. Waited til 8:30 no order still so drove to Pizza Hut and then finally got a text that a doordasher picked up my order so I drove back home for my food and once I got back home my order said canceled call Pizza Hut. You call them and they don’t answer or help you at all. So I drove there once again and asked what to do and the lady said I can remake it but it will take a while clearly stating she doesn’t want to remake it or that I can get a refund but they don’t know when I’ll get my refund back. So I paid for pizza I never got don’t ever go here.

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. Placed my order waited an hour to get it (understandable). When I received my order I received someone else’s order. When I said something to the delivery driver he said he didn’t know and while I was looking for my order confirmation he got in his car and just left. Called Pizza Hut and they told me they could refund me or remake my order, but it would be an hour and a half more to receive it (I even offered to pick it up) when I asked for a refund I was told that the manager was to busy and could not do my refund and she would make a note to remind the manager later to do my refund. When I comes to my money I trust no one. I grabbed the food that was delivered to me and headed to Pizza Hut. When I got there I asked to speak to the manager. The lady went back to get the manager and said “the lady that was on the phone is here looking to speak to you.” Her response was “i told her I’d give her her money back she is going to have to wait” I told them I would wait. When she finally came to talk to me she gave me a hard time and an attitude. Long store short of our conversation she really didn’t want to help me but because I told her I wasn’t leaving without a confirmation of a refund she finally started working on it. Ended up telling me that because they use door dash for delivery now there was not much she can do. I ended up getting my money back. Still walked out with no food
