This is located in the same strip mall as Ramen House Shinchan. Plenty of parking. When we walked in, there were a lot more Koreans eating there than Americans, so you know it’s legit. The staff was mostly older Korean ladies that were very helpful and kind. The younger girl working there, gives you great service. Each table against the wall has a button that you can call for service. Prices weren’t bad, they’re about the same as other Korean places.
We ordered popcorn dumplings, Korean steamed egg, beef bulgogi, LA galbi marinated, and soft tofu soup with galbi meat. If you pay cash, you get free ice cream. Also, the banchan is unlimited and you also get Korean stew with the bbq. Popcorn dumplings were nice and crispy. It’s also moist and succulent inside when you bite into it. The steamed egg was delicious. The bbq meat was great. I liked that there was more meat than bone for the galbi. I recommend getting the tofu soup with galbi meat. The soup is savory and the galbi meat is very tender. This will be my new go to.

Fanflippintastic this place is. Love Korean food so I was looking at places that’ll serve solo customers. After reading reviews, I chose this spot. I was a little nervous going in because plenty of korean places only allow a party of 2 minimum and some that allow singles, treat those single customers much differently than parties. But not this place. They greeted me warmly and made sure to keep checking in on me from time to time. They gave me free food to try right when they brought my meat order to be grilled. Had a lovely conversation with one of the staff and gave a great tip. I paid in cash so they gave me a delicious ice cream. Ive got to say that is was also super fantastic along with everything I ordered. I even ordered Tteokbokki to go.

I’ve always been disappointed that there aren’t many restaurants in the Chicago area that serve delicious Korean barbecue, but I can’t even remember the last time I had such a delicious meal. The meat was so delicious that I was immediately surprised. It melted in my mouth the moment I put it in. All the side dishes were delicious, and the atmosphere and service were incredibly friendly. My son ordered the raw beef twice, and the meat soybean paste stew was also delicious. I highly recommend this place.

The best korean bbq we’ve ever had. Feels like korean bbq in Korea. The meat was so fresh and everything was so clean. The atmosphere was cozy and the service was excellent!! Will definitely be back!!

First time here on Valentine’s Day night. Great atmosphere and friendly waitstaff. We got the pork combo that was around $40 and it was delicious! The bathroom is especially clean and the vibe overall is very pleasant. Will definitely be recommending and coming back!

Put this place on your list! Clean organized and nicely set up. Attentive staff immediately took care of our every need. The menu was not very large but had all the staples. We sampled the large platter with 4 cuts of beef. Each thing we were served was better than the next. Great kimchi and table side fried rice preparation. Do your self a favor and next time you looking for a good meal with great Korean flavors this is your place!

This place is a treat. Best Korean BBQ around. Our favorite spot closed and we found this place on google due to all the good reviews. The price, the service and the quality of the meats are worth it all and amazing! They have a butcher there so all the cuts are fresh and you can tell and really taste the good quality in prime meats. The owner was very nice and greets you when walking in. Our server was so helpful and wanted to help cook our meats.
