When my Mom and I want to go to Burger King, we’ll drive across to come to this one. It is the best Burger King in Jackson.
My Mom loves the Impossible Whopper while I am a fan of the classic. We enjoy it so much, we usually get two!
The food is fresh, the service is prompt, and the dining area and bathrooms are clean.
They have a great team at this location. My cashier said she’s been here for five years and enjoys it. It shows.

If I could give a -0 I would. I came in this morning and stood at the front counter for 15 minutes and no one ever acknowledged that i was there. The lady in the drive thru saw me and never told who was working the counter i was there. I left out and went thru the drive thru and that lady was so nasty I didnt even want my food. They dont speak or say thank you. ITS SAD that we continue giving our monies to these restaurants that pay bad customer service employees. Something needs to be done about it. I understand everyone have a bad day but this has been a constant situation with BK staff.

Customer Service rep ask me to back up auto from window after I paid . No reason given . She was definitely not an employee you want to put out front to rep your business. Staff need more customer support training. I would not recommend going to this particular restaurant. It is a 1 out of 10 . A student would provide better customer service than the present staff .

do not come here at night time, they close at 5am ive been coming through the drive through for the past few nights 10/29/25, and 10/28/25 and the night crew are in the window on there phones and instead of taking orders they just act as if no one is in the building. I literally viewed 3 crew crew members on 10/29/25 around 12:49am standing in the meal prep areas on there phone and when i came through the drive thru after sitting for about 5 mins with no customers in front of me just ignore me and my family orders and when we pulled off they where staring out of the drive thru window laughing

Bad service, they’re racist, they say they only accept drive-thru orders, but non-Hispanic people come in and are served at tables. My advice if you’re Hispanic, don’t go to this place. Also, the employee there wouldn’t let us use the bathroom with my son.
