I called multiple times to cancel an order because my fiancée had already brought pizza home. I was calling before the order was made to let the store know it needed to be canceled.
Instead of assisting, the employee answered the phone and immediately hung up. When I called back, she continued answering the phone, walking away without speaking, and then hanging up even after clearly hearing me say “hello.”
When calling Domino’s, it states that calls are recorded, so I sincerely hope management reviews those calls. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and frustrating, especially for an issue that could have been resolved in seconds.

Thee delivery took 30 minutes to reach my house,once they left.W live 2 miles away.
The total time was 58 minutes for pizza.
We do have a gated community ..5 min wait but its ridiculous. I always tip 30% its not professional to make people wait that long for pizza .
Next time it’s all star pizza..

I ordered a meat lovers large pizza on thin crust with some BBQ wings on the side. The pizza was definitely good (remember, we’re talking chain pizza) but things were definitely subpar. Is like they’d been frozen for a long time and then fried them while they weren’t done completely defrosting the picture for the wings on line were definitely misleading.

I’ve ordered from this Domino’s multiple times and never had an issue. I use their well-designed app and my order is always correct.

Absolutely ridiculous experience and now I have wet cold food and I’m soaked head to toe. My mobile app said my delivery was complete but I had not received a pizza so I called the store. They informed it was not complete and my driver was on the way, then when he arrived he didn’t not even make an attempt to read building numbers as I watched him park and immediately pull out and leave. I tried to run down but he was gone to fast so I called again and told them so they called him and a few minutes later I watched him return with his window down and on the phone. I tried calling out to him but he pulled away once again so I ran after him and chased him down the street until he stopped in the pouring rain because I had been waiting on this food for over an hour at this point. I shouldn’t have to get myself soaked head to toe just to receive my food. A delivery driver who can read simple building numbers should not be that hard to acquire and the app definitely should not be telling me my order was complete 20 whole minutes before it even arrived at my address. So now I have cold half wet food, absolutely ridiculous.

Delivery driver Daniel was super rude, he tailgated and did not follow the instructions left on the app and I also had put the option on the app for him to leave the food at my door because I was gonna be busy to answer it however he waited at the door and kept banging on the door yelling my name. when i finally got to the door he insisted that i tip him however i already had tipped him on the app and he was ungrateful. his attitude was absolutely dramatic and not needed. he muttered something as he walked away and laughed at me.

We ordered from this location last night, and really did not have a good experience. Ordering through the app was easy enough, and we DID find a good coupon ($25 for 2 large 2-topping pizzas and our choice of stuffed bread). We ordered a large pepperoni and black olive pizza, a ham and pineapple pizza (pineapple TOTALLY belongs on a pizza!), and stuffed cheesy bread. We also ordered three dipping sauces (garlic, marinara, and habanero mango). Our order showed up in a record amount of time, and our delivery guy was so nice! But that’s where the good experience ends.
First, when opening the boxes, we noticed that the three dipping sauces we ordered were missing. I was really bummed, because the habanero mango sounded really good! By the time we realized they were missing, the delivery driver had already left. Second, when we did open the pizza boxes, there was an excessive amount of grease in the bottom of the box. Now, I do like greasy food, but this was too much (see pics…that darkness next to the pizza in the box isn’t a shadow…it’s grease). Third, when my husband was eating a piece of the cheesy bread, he noticed that the middle was not cooked. It was raw dough. Not exactly appetizing.
Overall, this location really needs help. The pizza itself had good flavor, but was very greasy. Undercooked/raw bread is unacceptable. Forgetting dipping sauces that were paid for isn’t cool, either. We will definitely go elsewhere when ordering pizza.

They are incompetent and cant follow a simple order let alone barely speak English. Ordered 2 pizzas with both being wrong called in to see if things could be resolved and was met with “it’s not our problem” answer what a disgrace
