Burger King #19485 has become part of my weekday routine. I drive through Richmond from Cypress Monday–Friday on my way to work, and I’ll actually wait to stop at this location because they consistently get it right.
The breakfast sandwiches are always hot and fresh. Fast service, no long waits, and everything comes out just the way it should.
Marie at the drive-through window deserves a shoutout. She’s friendly, professional, and always delivers the order with a warm tone.
It may seem like a small thing, but they also take Apple Pay, which makes it even more convenient.
If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by this store. Consistent, quick, and a great way to start the day.

I love this BK location!!!! I come and eat every single morning before work, I always get the French toast and croissant sandwich with a coffee, and every morning I’m greeted with a smile and kindness from Marie.
I come in and she knows my name and order which I really appreciate, that’s why I keep coming back, because they treat me like a family. This location is kept so clean, the food is warm, and it’s the perfect start to my day. Thank you for all you do! I’ll keep coming back.

Went in today and tried to order with my mother in law and this lady taking our order wouldn’t even let us finish she kept telling us to pull forward when we had more to order every single time and we were just trying to order for our family but this woman was making it extremely difficult anyways by the time we get to the window she was rushing us to go she hardly put ice in our drinks and we had to ask for a cup of ice since we got no ice and our drinks were pretty much warm an she also slammed the window on my mother in laws face right as we were about to ask for ice an tried to ignore us so we’d drive off ? Seriously this is ridiculous as someone who has worked in fast food for a long period of time this is not how you should be treating your customers!! By the way her name was Marie we did check the name tag before leaving because she was absolutely rude to my mother in law !!!! I almost never have a bad experience at this Burger King and I’m extremely disappointed we were treated so poorly

This is one of the worst Burger King locations in Houston. For some reason anytime I’ve been in their drive-through, I’ve had to wait around 10 minutes to get my food. The food never tastes fresh. Things like onion rings and chicken sandwiches feel like they’ve been sitting around under a heat lamp. Definitely not coming back to this location. I’ve given this location multiple tries between 2019 and 2026 to redeem itself and it hasn’t. Go to P. Terry’s down the street!

normally don’t do reviews but this Burger King has the worst customer service. The girl that took my order had the worse attitude when I asked her for more ketchup she made a duck face. If you don’t like working then why even bother this place over the past couple of months it’s had bad customer service employees now I understand why it has low rating .

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Had to go to Petco, so after wanted breakfast for me and my wife. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, lady was rude and took my card without telling me my total first. We then waited at the window for 5 more minutes as I watched her and another worker stand there, gossiping and one of them was eating food right there next to the window. Then, after 25 minutes we got could burritos. STAY AWAY from this Burger King. Horrible staff and cold food after waiting triple the time for food. 0/10. If you don’t want to work, don’t work. But don’t take it out on the people that show up to your establishment expecting hot food and decent customer service. The fast food industry after Covid has been ruined. Shame on the employees here and shame on the owner honestly for allowing this kind of behavior.

I would to say congratulations to this Burger King because they were amazing they have that beautiful energy and there costumer service is awesome every time I heard people saying they don’t get fresh food I ask for everything fresh and the guys give me everything hot and fresh the food was really good and there drive through was really clean the bathroom is also very clean. I every time take my food to go but this time I chose to dine in because everything was really clean the treated me really well and when I use the drink fountain the coke taste like water and they change it for me I am so grateful for this people their amazing.

Marie is absolutely amazing every time I come she always greets me with such a warm smile! Service is absolutely amazing and I have recently fallen in love with the mozzarella sticks, which it seems at this place is the only place that has mastered the art of delivering piping hot mozzarella sticks, such that the cheese is perfectly stretchy and delicious 10 out of 10 and you’ll be lucky if when you stop by Marie is there to greet you with her genuine and loving smile!

Nov 2023 – every now and then, I like to change it up from our usual FF burger and opt for The Burger King “flame broiled” hamburger. The location off FM 1093 & Spring Green here in Cinco Ranch does a decent job. The service is always good. The atmosphere appears cold because it’s never too busy at this location.
