My husband and I have been here a couple of times already but just getting to writing a review. We LOVE the adobado tacos! They are delicious! Highly recommend! We have also had the chicken, asada and al carbon. I ordered the queso and frijole pupusas. Everything is delicious! The only thing I will say that I don’t quite appreciate is that the owner (red hair lady) when I approached the window, saw me standing there and didn’t greet me to like even say “be right with you” or just acknowledge me. She waited on the other girl who’s also working in there to acknowledge me and take my order. Please acknowledge your customers!

I was in Springs for work that morning (6/30/2025) then up to Denver so I had a little time to meet up with our oldest son for lunch. He sent me the directions and we met here. Great recommendation. Everything tasted so authentic. Portions were plentiful. Friendly staff.

Horrible staff, they saw me waiting in line for about 7 minutes and ignored me. 14 dollars for a burrito with so much beans and rice is crazy. Plus, I asked for another salsa cup, and they wanted a dollar extra and were mad I even asked for it. Not to mention, the salsa is super watered down. Better off going somewhere else. Good tacos. We ordered asada, al carbon, and carnitas tacos, 3 of each, and 3 chicharron with beans and cheese pupusas. for drinks we got Horchata and Coke. The carnitas were very tasty and worth getting again. The pupusas were also quite delicious and worth getting. The horchata was fine. The tacos and pupusas together came with 5 salsas and 4 lime wedges, almost a full lime. Wait time was ok, about 20 minutes. We paid 35.50 for everything, so a little pricier for our likes but we are used to new mexico pricing.

We were in Colorado Springs for a week recently and we tried a few Taco Trucks that we liked. We really liked the Taco Bus El Poblano. We ate the Carne Asada Street Tacos, Tamales and Pupusas and Bean Burritos. Everything was very good and the service was excellent. We ordered our food to go each day, but the bus is cool too! We want to live in a Taco Bus!

This is inside a bus. Go inside to order and eat inside or outside under sun umbrellas. the lady was very patient with 2 young boys as they decided what they wanted. They got a quesadilla as well as the bean/cheese pupusa. Their aguas frescas (mango, melon, and horchata) was especially tasty. I liked the addition of sliced radish on the tacos (steak, chicken, as well as tongue). The red sauce had a good taste of summer hottness. This is my go-to place for delicious casual Mexican food. The people are great and the food is so so good. The salsa is super spicy and addicting too. Also, I have had no problems communicating with them in English and the menus are extremely easy to understand even if you don’t speak Spanish as they have translations.
