As I went in the drive-through this lady in her middle 30s Walks up in from the moment she talked to me she just gave off this negative energy shaking her head because I asked how old the pizzas were and she couldn’t hear me. He said my truck was loud so I turned it off and she still couldn’t hear me, so I just raised my voice so she could hear me and I said and I quote are you having a bad day and she’s said I’m not serving you and slammed the window I spend hundreds of dollars here monthly for me and my employees in one of them workers inside that store will tell you I tip good and I’m always polite so I sat and waited and she finally opened the door and she said we’re not serving you. I said why ma’am I did nothing disrespectful for you. All I asked was are you having a bad day? What do you want I said could I just get some pizzas and she said sure and then when she went to hand them to me, she threw them in my truck. Have a nice day. Is that really how you treat your employees that girl does not need a job in customer service she needs to be fired immediately

Great pizza, excellent customer service! Always pleased by interactions with staff despite the dreary atmosphere. LCs corporate, give these staff members a raise and put some bucks into the common space!
Caesars is as much a community hub as the Walgreens or the Dripolater here in West ridge Marketplace. Just don’t go in with too high of expectations!

I went through the drive through and ordered an extra most bestest pizza, an Italian Hearn and cheese bread, and some garlic wings.. the lady was so rude she acted like she did not want to be there at all. I paid 25$ for this for annnd , When I got home and opened my food the bottom of the pizza was so hard we could barely even eat it, the Italian herb and cheese bread had no seasoning and the garlic wings were so sour we could barely eat those either… they proceeded to tell me I needed to drive all the way back with it to get a replacement meal or my money back… I was most definitely not doing that… I was so disappointed as I have shopped here since I was a little girl. THEY NEED TO DO BETTER…

This is supposed to be an “extra most bestest pizza”. I believe it is a lesser least worst pizza. I had pizza from another location with more sausage on it and it was a regular pizza. Very disappointed.
EDIT: I gave them grace and came back again. The pizza was actually worse this time. Also asked the girl that helped me if the pizza was made fresh? She said “yes. It just looks like that because it sits in the box.” Paint me stupid apparently…

My husband and I love their pretzel pizza (pretzel crust with cheese sauce). It is so good!
I recommend the pretzel pizza, garlic chicken wings, and/or crazy bread! Everything is priced good and the food always tastes great.
