The service was excellent, the food delicious as always and I definitely love the way the remodeling turned out. It kind of feels like you travel back in time, but with a modern touch. The restrooms are very clean and everything is well maintained. The new mountain dew in the drink fountain was pretty good to.

Went in to fill my A&W bottle up with root beer. Been to several different locations and they where all willing to refill my jug but at this location the young kids had to call and ask a manager who said they don’t do that anymore as the jug wasn’t purchased from this specific store. They took almost 30 minutes to tell me this after I originally asked. When I asked to buy a jug they said we don’t sell them and we never have. Definitely not going to this location ever again.

I don’t remember the last time I had this stellar of service at a fast food restaurant. The guy that took our order, it says Braden C, was friendly and kind and SO patient with a huge family that went before us. Our food came out accurately and was quite tasty. The restaurant was spotless and the staff was on top of cleaning up after people left.

I usually don’t write reviews but this place as really gone down hill. We ordered 4 combo papa meals and the burgers were greasy to the point the bread was soggy and the burgers were cold.

I don’t usually leave reviews, especially bad ones but I feel this warrants it. I went there after getting my kids their chick fila as I didn’t want that tonight. Total time at chick fila with a line down the parking lot was about 5-10 minutes. Super quick. Go to A&W, order a cheeseburger and fries. I am asked to pull around and sit there, and sit there and sit there. 3 other people get their orders before me. The person bringing the orders out asks me what I ordered. I tell him and he disappears inside. 5 minutes later still nothing. I go in and get my order myself. I would think after 20+ minutes I would have at least had fresh fries. Nope, they were soggy and old. Should have just ate chick fila ♀️

This really should be renamed as it’s an A&W+KFC combo, the cheese curds and chicken sandwich came out quick and were fresh though the fries were not quite so, other than that it was really run of the mill. If you want to try the restaurant root beer it’s different than the bottled stuff so if that is why you are going it makes a fine stop, or if you just want to be able to find something for everyone you are with I would say that this is a good stop.

Worst experience I have ever had with any fast food restaurants! I waited over 45 minutes for 4 burgers, 3 chili cheese fries and a hot dog kids meal and when I finally got my food I was missing a burger and then when they made it they made it incorrectly and when I said just give me it the kid threw it in my bag and the majority of the workers were rude! Also after waiting 45+ minutes you would think I would have hot fresh food, but nope it was cold! I know that times are hard right now and people are short staffed, but they should’ve been upfront about it and not told me it would be 7 to 10 minutes and they shouldn’t have been rude, if that were the case I wouldn’t be giving a bad review because I understand things happen, but this was beyond that.

Waited over 20 minutes for our food just to have to go back in because they missed something on our order. I would have figured having to wait over 20 minutes for our food it would have been perfect they had enough time to make it perfect anyway. No sorry you had to wait or complimentary whatever no coupons to come back just here is half your order….. Whoever the owner is definitely needs to get good management and employees in this location…. You are in dire need of it..
