Snowy, cold day so we stopped in to warm up with a large pie and penne alla vodka with chicken. Sooo delicious! My family and I love this place on Mulberry. We came last year and ordered takeout. We walked out the door and the smell of the food was so good, we never made it past the tables outside. We sat right outside the restaurant and finished the whole dish. Such a welcoming and friendly place. Highly recommend. We plan to come again with friends. Not to mention a huge selection of cigars and the place has been in many movies!

Pizza was extremely salty! That was hard to eat. Also French Fries were not cooked enough, so we ve been waiting for a longer time. Service – terrible. Slow not organized waitors that just ignore you. Atmosphere is nice, the place is cozy.

We came here before a dinner reservation to waste some time. At first I thought it was a cool old school bar that may be our new spot prior to dinner.
However, that quickly changed. The staff was fine personality wise. I can’t say that anyone was rude, but they were not incredibly attentive. One of my friends ordered a tap beer and when he tried it, he was let down. He thought it tasted like 3 different beers, maybe from not cleaning the tap often. He also had a small reaction to it, as the beer he specifically ordered doesn’t give him a reaction, but most others do, kind of confirming the tap may not be cleaned regularly. He did let the staff know and they did take the beer off, which we thought was nice. We also ordered water and 3 cocktails. The cocktails were fine, but incredibly sugary and pretty small, almost having us questioning if there was much alcohol in it. I am not one for a strong drink, but for $15, l at least want to know I paid for a cocktail and not a soda. We never got the waters unfortunately, so I can’t say much about that. They also took forever to give us the bill and take the bill to swipe our card. The atmosphere was fine. They had TV’s with like 2000’s mixes playing, which was fine for me. Definitely a fine bar if you want to pay a lot for a drink you aren’t happy with and if you want possibly unclean tap beer. I don’t plan on being back, especially with so many other bars in the area.

The place has nice pizza and pasta options aside from the bar menu. Went with friends and had fun spending time here. The drinks aren’t crazily priced and they have few cocktail variety. Their strawberry mojito is worth a try. Also, recommend their Margherita and Spinach pizzas

Large size pizza is indeed big enough for an adult. Was a bit on the salty side for my taste and the dough was definitely made with something sweet inside. It was good, not great, as it was as mentioned too salty, too much overall, asking in a way for a drink to go with it. We waited quite long for our meals, although there was not much going on. As the place is inside the little Italy district, most of the customers were tourists like ourselves. Service was friendly and the music good, although loud. Pasta portion are one the large side and we were overall happy with the meal. There is a 18% addition if you are a group (we were 5) and the drinks (beer and soda) are not cheap (glass of beer is 7$ – good, but a bit pricey). We ended up paying 128$ for 5, drinks and main courses. I think that’s NY. It wouldn’t have been cheaper anywhere else close by. Would we go there again? No. Could it have been worse? Yep. It’s a safe and in my opinion a pricey choice. Bathrooms could have been cleaner and the music not so loud. Other than that, there is not much that I have to criticize.

An excellent restaurant! It was very crowded. They asked me to wait no more than 10 minutes. It was cold outside, but they were very efficient in preparing a table for my family and quickly ushered us inside. The food was delicious!

We were eating our way through Little Italy when we were invited into the Mulberry Street Bar for dinner. They have Great food, drinks, atmosphere, and an IMDb list almost as long as their pizza menu! The portions were generous and we had plenty to take home for another meal. I would rate this a 5 but they didn’t have a desert menu.
