I became acquainted with the Dinner Shoppe when my sister ordered me some frozen casserole meals delivered after baby number 3 arrived in 2020 since she couldn’t visit during the pandemic. It has been love ever since. I’ve used Carol’s services to send meals many a time and I’ve also recently started ordering her meal prep monthly packages. My family will think it’s just a new recipe I tried and every time they tell me how good dinner was. That’s when I tell them Carol’s recipe was a hit again! We have tried the shrimp po boys (this made me feel like a New Orleans chef), chicken burrito bowls in the slow cooker, various casseroles.. I especially love the sunrise breakfast casserole. She has a variety every month and a range of cuisine types to fit any budget or taste. I love it because it is helping to switch up and try new recipes with all the legwork of deciding what to cook and grocery shopping taken out of the equation. Not to mention, Carol is just a lovely person and goes above and beyond to tailor the prep of the meal to your liking or needs. Thank you, Carol! Just placed my August order!

More than 5 years using The Dinner Shoppe and we’re still always impressed and recommending it to friends looking for a prepared meal service. The meal quality is exceptional and Carol does a great job providing lots of options each month. The selections also change month to month, which is great and keeps things from getting repetitive. We order 7 meals a month and it’s always a hard decision which 7 to pick because there are more than 7 that we want. Carol also does a great job accommodating gluten and dairy allergies in our family. Unlike other services, all of the meals are prepped. We have tried some of the national services, but they didn’t actually save us time because you still have to prep the food. Carol does all of that prep ahead, which is incredible for people with little time to prepare dinner. The Dinner Shoppe’s food quality is also MUCH better! Almost all meals are ready in 30 minutes. Meals can be delivered to your home or picked up from the store. If you want high-quality, fresh meals, that are easy to prepare and delicious, The Dinner Shoppe is where you need to go.

Carol is an amazing chef! Her meals are incredibly yummy, healthy, and convenient. She is gracious in accommodating special needs and requests – leaving out added salt or sugar, substitutions for special dietary needs, etc. The diversity of her menus from month to month show her love of helping people meet their family and home needs. On top of it all, with the amazing economical pricing, I am spending MUCH less on groceries each month! I am so thankful I found her and The Dinner Shoppe!

What an amazing find! Where do I even begin! Let’s start with the amazing options and easy preparation, we tried two gluten free meals that were frozen and pre-made. So wonderful for a busy family and so delicious. My daughter and I struggle to find quality, tasty, gluten free food at restaurants and can never find prepared meals that aren’t salads. The two meals were incredible and well priced. How about the super sweet and knowledgeable shoppe owner, Carol, she alone makes you want to come back to support her cooking and shoppe. We cannot wait to try more meals and the other cook at home options. We were so impressed, even my picky eater devoured his entire meal! This is a hidden gem! Don’t pass this one up when you need a little help or don’t feel like cooking!

We have been getting meals from The Dinner Shoppe for several years and love it! It makes cooking at home so simple. One of the things we like best is that the meals come frozen instead of fresh, so if you have a busy week and can’t make any meals, the food is still good. We have tried one of the national meal-delivery companies, and The Dinner Shoppe is far superior! The quality of the food is better, and Carol, the owner, will customize things if you have an allergy or are just picky. There is a delivery option, but Carol is so nice that I choose to go there to pick them up every month instead. I highly recommend you try their meals!

I enjoy cooking, but stressing out over planning our meals every week and doing all the shopping and inevitable forgetting of something takes a lot of time. Having a weeks worth of frozen dinners ready to thaw and cook has made life so much easier for our family. I’ve been very pleased with the quality of the meats and the creative menus. I’ll often supplement our main dish with a fresh vegetable and save the frozen veggies for other times. Carol is awesome to work with and omits ingredients on dishes when we ask her to which is great for our “pepper sensitive” family.
