By far my favorite subway ever!! They are always clean, professional and kind. Plus they aren’t skimpy on toppings like the other one in the area. I would drive further to go here than the other one everytime. They even let my son try a slice of the spicy cheese to see I he’d like it

By far one of the worst experiences ever, the girl who started putting together our stuff was rude, nasty and made comments to us on how we requested our food to be toasted, and not steamed (she said steamed was the mainstream norm). Fun fact, we’re now home with food poisoning for the past 4-5 days.

I’m standing outside this Subway right now. It’s 8:50 pm and I am literally looking at the sign that says it closes at 9:00 pm.
I actually did make it into the restaurant at which point the person behind the counter said that they were closed. I told him that I was confused because the hours clearly stated that they didn’t close for another ten minutes. He told me that he had turned off the ovens so he couldn’t cook anything for me. Incidentally he didn’t even ask if I wanted a hot or cold sandwich. Nor did he offer to sell me a bag of chips or something like that.
Anyway, back outside the restaurant and he has closed the gate. A full ten minutes before closing time.
I hope that he gets to whatever he is rushing off to do. Meanwhile I’m hungry.

Guy working was too busy chatting with the girl he was making a sandwich with to help other customers. He was just standing there for a few minutes waiting for his coworker to bring spinach from the back, and not even acknowledging us.
So I went and drove down the road to the other subway where the employees are prompt and courteous.

FYI, they completely lie about their hours. Don’t trust what it says on the glass of the subway or the online that states their hours. Its lies. They basically close down whenever they want – even as early as 7pm some days! Such a disappointment.
