There were several people working when we walked in. We were greeted. The young lady that assisted us was friendly and helpful, D’Asia. There was plenty of seating. Our sandwiches were ready fairly quickly. The restrooms were decent as was the rest of the restaurant. It’s a fast food place so of course there’s food near the trash can and perhaps on the floor or by the door entrance but nothing out of the ordinary. It wasn’t especially clean but it also wasn’t especially dirty.

I’ve always enjoyed this location! My sandwich is always made exactly as requested without issue and the staff is friendly and welcoming!
The other week, I had a pickup order and lost a sentimental keychain off my bag sometime in the brief window I stopped in.
When I returned later that day, after checking all other possible locations for my lost keychain, one of the guys working remembered seeing it and excitedly retrieved it from the back to return to me. I wasn’t holding my breath that it would actually be there, but I was overjoyed that it had been found and kept safely! He was so nice about the whole exchange, and was very delighted to be able to return it to me! Thank you, again, and I can’t wait to stop in for my next lunch order!

Y’all need to put the 2 ladies who were working this afternoon through some customer service training or something. They don’t acknowledge you at all until you say something to them. They literally look at you like you’re wrong for coming in from the time you hit the door. And they gave my son attitude when he had to come back in and get the other brownie that they left out of my bag. He even brought the receipt. We know what we ordered. How about run me the food I paid for and do your job the correct way the first time? Normally, I’d let stuff like this slide beacuse it’s not that serious, but that whole experience just rubbed me the wrong way.

This is my second visit here friendly staff. The subs we ordered were hot and good bread was soft. My only complaint was the cookies which were dry and needed to be thrown away. Stop serving cookies beyond the time on it. There is a reason why times are on it. Everything looked clean and organized.

The crew at the Milledgeville store (7/31/25 @ 8p) were cold and uninviting. One employee thought it more important to doodle with the register versus acknowledging my presence. They were so disengaged and self-involved that there was no mention of donating to your cause. They are in desperate need of customer service training so they can exemplify the hard work and dedication of emergency personnel.
