How lucky are we to have such amazing food right here on the island ? The Baked Cafe is no exception! I had the Pastrami Burger—absolutely bursting with flavor—and my wife went with the Spicy Chicken. She couldn’t stop smiling and said it was so good . The menu photos don’t do these dishes justice. Her chicken patty was fresh, juicy, and hanging over the sides of the bun and the onion rings were perfect. Definitely a local spot worth checking out!

I stopped by here w my hubby when we came to Camano Island. We decided to have a burger at The Baked Cafe in the Camano Commons Market for lunch. We ordered Pastrami Burger, Pandemic Deluxe Burger, and Fries. Quick & Easy order, super casual food here. There are benches inside and outside the store, so you can sit and eat freely.
The first thing that stood out was the generous portion of pastrami and its bold, smoky flavor. It had just the right amount of saltiness and paired perfectly with the juicy beef patty. The bun had a slight sweetness that balanced the savory elements nicely. The pickles and sauce were subtle but added just the right touch, making the whole burger well-rounded and satisfying. A must-try for anyone who loves a meaty, flavorful burger.

I live on Camano Island, and I am lucky to be able to regularly have these burgers. These are the best burgers you can buy. Fresh beef, fresh baked buns, try them once and you will be hooked. Pro tip: order early, because they only grind enough beef for one day, so they run out and close early sometimes.

Such a cute place!! Besides all the items pertaining to Camano life as well as jewelry, fresh roasted coffee, boutique baby items, kitchen items, art, lots of gift type things…they have a bakery that has quiet a large selection of pastries. Get the Crème brûlée! So perfectly creamy! They were a little heavy handed on the brûlée and part of it was actually burned. The coffee was ok. It tasted like she either didn’t pull the shot in time or the beans were over roasted. She also forgot to add the flavoring I asked for. But the cream art on the top was perfect. The bread is freshly made. It was hot when we got it. The cashier in the bread section had a lot to learn about customer service. They have a lunch cafe in the bread part of the store. There are chocolates…the fancy ones. They have farm fresh milk and cream in the fridge just as you walk in. Lots to look at. It’s an adorable place and we will definitely give it another try. The cream is $18.00 a quart but I bet it’s worth it!! I recommend going and checking it out. Go early so you get the best selection of pastries! Smell the fresh bread baking and the coffee brewing. They even have a place to sit and enjoy yourself.

Went here with three family members. Got some burgers, fries, donut holes, breakfast sandwiches. Busy weekend, place was slammed but they staff well and communicate well. Food quality was beyond expectation.

One of the BEST burgers I’ve had in a long time. It’s juicy, cheesey and hot and is cooked and prepared when you order it. The fries are hot and crispy and the perfect amount of seasoning which they drop into the fryer when you order as well. Also has fast service, 10/10 would recommend to everyone if they’re on Camano Island.

What a nice surprise! First time visitor, won’t be the last time. Pastries were amazing and I am bringing a cooler next time to take home more. Coffee was good and the coffee beans were a pleasant treat. I’d love to come back in the summer and try the sandwiches and sit outside. The Boston cream croissant is the bomb!
