This one is 5 stars for the staff, quality, and atmosphere. Rolled up on a Saturday around 3 just after thanksgiving. Super friendly staff, personal touch on my order and just the right amount of dialogue. Prompt service. No loud music nice and quiet. Coffee was just right!

Honestly, this is my favorite Starbucks in the area. The whole team is super friendly and always makes me feel welcome. You can tell they really care about their customers. I have been with Starbucks since the beginning and I’m still a huge fan and I’m sure will always be. However, I must say this specific location on this specific day Was much less than par for Starbucks. The employee behind the counter, Sara, was quite prickly and matter of fact from the beginning, bordering on being a bit rude. We spent approximately $26 this visit. I received a slice of pumpkin loaf. When what I really wanted was banana loaf. I may or may not have ordered the proper item however, I do not like pumpkin loaf. When I approached the employee, Sara with my dilemma, she stated in a very curt manner, Sorry you’ve already touched that there’s nothing I can do with it, but I can sell you a piece of banana loaf?? Because thats what you ordered, I believe I ordered the BL. Great or even Good Customer service? In my opinion, NOT! Typically my experience with Customer service at Starbucks has been nothing short of spectacular Sara on this specific trip. Definitely did not come close to even meeting my expectations.I am open to feedback.
