INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Couldn’t hype this place up enough. A little hole in the wall. The owner is SO kind and veteran owned, she has a beautiful personality. Employees are like family and will make sure you’re happy with your drinks and food. Very clean and great staff, they are knowledgeable about the wine and the new menu is amazing.

A place like this was needed in the area, perfect location and a nice atmosphere inside this wine bar invites you to relax and enjoy a good glass of wine with good company. We will come back to sample their famous food soon too. A great addition to Jacksonville!

From the Owner to the Staff with their specific food menu to the wine listing, ciders and a small beer selection, it all works to sit in this space and vibe to the music or take a picture in front of the picture wall. The conversations are always great. Occasionally, I even met a local movie star!! This is definitely one of my favorite spots to keep classy.

This is a GREAT spot if you are looking for a local hang out spot. The food is wonderful. I have had the butter board a few times now. 10 out of 10 for sure! I would also recommend the dessert drinks as an option. A friend of mine has order the strawberry one a few times and gives it 10 out of 10 as well. This spot has a great wine list as well. Also included an image with me next to the wine wall. The owners are fantastic. Great spot to meet up with professionals each Wednesday night for a few hours. Consider it for meeting in person for any reason; date nights; happy hour with the girls; small gatherings in general. Highly recommend this place for any locals!

I am so excited Jacksonville has a wine bar!! I finally got to go this weekend for a flight of wine with my cousin and our husbands! The woman who helped us was wonderful! I knew I was interested in dry reds, and my cousin wanted to try sweet whites. The woman put a flight together for us! She also continued to check in on us to see how we liked the wine and if we needed anything else.
This is definitely a nice spot for date night or to meet up with some girlfriends! I cannot wait to go back!

This place is the best place to grab lunch,dinner or a ladies get together or date night with your spouse The people that own the place are very respectful and the place is so elegant and very clean. Can’t wait to go back.They have the best wine I’ve tasted in a very long time and the shrimp tacos are the best tacos I’ve ever tasted. I love Uncorked.

This review is only for the operations of Uncork Unwind because unfortunately I was not able to experience the food or wine. My wife and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary last night and decided that we would finally try Uncork Unwind. Google shows that they are open on Friday’s from 4pm-9pm. We showed up at 5:30 and the lights were out and the sign said closed. I looked at the business hours on the sign they have posted on their window and it was the same as Google. I called the number on the window and spoke with someone to ask if they were going to be open tonight. She told me there was an emergency and that the waitress would be there in about 5-10 minutes. She also said that their hours changed to 5pm. I get that Google might not be updated yet (although that doesn’t take long) but at least change the time that you have on the sign posted in the window. So now you’re telling me that the waitress is already running 40 minutes behind and she’ll be the only one there to get the stove/oven going, serve food, make drinks, clean, and take payments? We decided to go to Duck’s instead and they didn’t disappoint. We drove by Uncork Unwind after dinner and saw they had a light on but no one was inside and they still had the closed sign. I can’t imagine this place being open for much longer if this is how they operate. I will not be giving them another chance.
