Whether you are dining in or taking out, bamboo sushi always hits the spot. My favorite part is the gluten-free menu and how the servers always ask about allergens! Makes dining out a lot less stressful!

I went with a friend last weekend.
Took a picture because the side dish with unabashie plums and shisho leaves was awesome. Mt friend had peppers and I had the salmon flight.
As always, the service was wonderful, ambiance great and the food divine.
Amazingly enough, I think it’s better than what I have had on Maui.
Nothing like it.

As I’ve said, I go here often. I was there again today and decided not to write a review… just enjoy the wonderful food.
Sorry, no pictures, but I will say that they have improved some of my favorite dishes since a few days ago!

I didn’t go today but have gone many times since my first review.
I’ve had sushi all over the United States and on Maui.
NO OTHER PLACE except perhaps Maui has sushi as fresh, diverse menu, phenomenal environment, clean and friendly, large parking lot.. I’ll just say it’s by far the best sushi I’ve had in the USA.
It has become my top ‘go-to’ place.
I’ve reviewed it at least once before when I mentioned the difficulty they’re having with property owners to expand.
They need to, want to and should be allowed to wall in adjacent property.
By far the best at everything!

I just got home from an accidental visit to Bamboo Sushi.
I was going to neighboring businesses.
I was hungry and this is one of the few sushi places where I’ve never eaten.
Well, it turns out that it’s one of the very best I’ve ever visited! A big surprise.
I’m only doing a short review now and hope to add to it soon.
My pictures will tell most of the story.
I looked at a neighboring restaurant and decided not for me.
When I poked my head into Bamboo Sushi, I was immediately impressed with being greeted professionally and she was friendly too. The decor was impressive. Clean, modern. Then when I looked at the menu I knew I was going to eat there now.
As I’ve said, I have appointments now but I’ll try to post some of the pictures before I leave.
Chris was my main server and he was great!
He said that I could use his name but would rather not have his picture taken
Manager(s), Owners, take note. Chris is a big asset to you and your business. I’ve been many places, he’s near the top.

Our favorite place for sushi which We just discovered tonight. This place was suggestion by our daughter. We took our server’s suggestion and had a number of items on the happy hour menu and then a sushi roll. The delicious warm Sake tied it all together.

How often do I leave reviews? Never. But this place was literally my DREAM for being gluten free. The food was prepared quickly, wonderfully, and tasted so, so good. I’d highly recommend this to anyone in the area to stop by and get some amazing food, not just sushi.
Our waiter was also awesome with us being in a bit of a time crunch, and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience, especially watching the rolls be prepared in front of us!

Came Saturday and it was busy! Good sushi with fresh flavors and nice presentation. A little on the pricey side, but for a chain it’s not bad. Atmosphere is decent, though it can get busy.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. Super interesting and innovative food mixed with fresh and delicious classics. The garden of eden roll is probably one of the most spectacular things I’ve ever eaten. The staff has always been so friendly and chill. This was a delectable experience and worth the price. I ordered the Garden of Eden as a recommendation from the server and my friend who is a regular ordered the Green Machine, and she’s vegetarian. I loved my roll and the unique flavor profile it had. Then I had her roll and the taste explosion with the cilantro was just lovely. We also had the Maitake mushroom starter which had so much umami and it was devoured. The cucumber salad was light and a little sweeter than I prefer but still tasty. Can’t wait to come back here!
