Extremely disappointed! Tonight was my breaking point ordered about 30 min ago said 15 min till pickup so I get there and they are handing me my food from the warmer now why would they do that when it should have been coming out the back fresh because I came in at the 15 min mark. Got home the pizza didn’t have extra sauce and it tasted like a day old pizza like it had set there for sometime,cold and the cinnamon sticks were Luke warm at best. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!

The nastiest place ever , the employees don’t wanna work. I ordered a big box pizza i was the last order of the night, last night, & i found multiple hairs in my pizza and wings, my family and I weren’t able to eat anything. When we discovered the hair it was too late to make a claim because they were closed. This morning I called the store & MICHEAL THE MANAGER said that he cannot do anything but offer a $15 credit because he wasn’t there last night?? Our big box was valued at double the amount of the credit and Michael stated that we could not even have our food (that we couldn’t even eat) replaced???? Do not order from this location

Went to pick up my food and waited in the front for 3 minutes yelling hello. There was a man who saw me but didn’t say hi or let his coworkers know there was a customer. Then I waited longer for my food. When it came up the man making the pizzas just changed the garbage and went straight to making more food. No handwashing. Are you kidding me?? And now I have to get a refund tomorrow.

My family loves pizza hut, but this one had given us nothing but problems! We’ve complained multiple times over issues with orders being wrong, bad delivery drivers, and missing food. We ordered last Wednesday and this is how our two large stuff crust pizzas and our 16 wings came. Everything was also cold. We called and asked to speak to a manager, but we were transferred to a customer service call center. We could either be credited for the items or wait another hour or so for more food. I really wish they had better training for their staff.

I come to this Pizza Hut literally every day, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the food is consistently fresh and made right.
I want to specifically shout out the manager, Val, who is one of the kindest and most professional people I’ve met. She always greets me when I walk in, keeps everything running smoothly, and genuinely cares about both the customers and her team.
On the rare occasion there’s ever a small mistake, it’s already been caught and fixed before I even realize. That kind of service shows how committed they are to getting things right.
It’s disappointing to see negative reviews about this location because they don’t reflect what I see here every day. Val and her team work hard, and it shows. This is hands down one of the most reliable and well-run Pizza Huts I’ve ever been to.
