Went for the walleye. Majorly disappointed. Drive-thru wait was almost 30 minutes. They were so busy, I totally get that. I ordered the walleye sandwich and it was so gross. Maybe it was just my piece of fish but there was a huge chunk of fish skin and I found two bones. 3/4 of the sandwich was inedible. We definitely won’t be back for fish.

All the food was fantastic & fresh. The unit was clean, inviting. A slight opportunity with high dusting, walking paths, fountain counter. The shining star here is the staff, specifically Tom. While there was quite a wait, over 10 minutes, the team was smiling, Tom was upselling his heart out while communicating needs to keep the business moving. This could have easily been a 3 Star had I not had the experience with their people!!!

This location is awful. Time after time I say never again. This is the last time. October of 2024 we sat and waited in our car for our food for nearly 50 minutes after we ordered at the drive thru window. Many people that came after us were served. I had to go inside to ask what the hold up was and the skinny , awkward kid behind the counter got snippy with me. The ice cream sandwiches I had just bought at BJ’s started melting significantly in that time.
Then it’s always a missing sandwich or a missing side. Or there’s mayo on the burger when you specifically removed it. Incredibly long wait times for food. Watched my order get taken out to a car when I had gone inside to order. Watched the drinks/shakes I ordered on a different occasion get taken outside to a car. Watched my root beer floats get made before my food. Then watched them melt as the food took way longer on yet another visit. This time I did an online order for pickup so my husband could grab it on the way home from our shop. He gets home and gets settled. I go in the bag to grab the sandwich I ordered and it’s missing! Oh sure, I got the fries and the root beer float that was part of the basket I ordered. Not much when you’re starving! I try to call them and there’s no answer because their voicemail is full! A poorly run establishment. Clearly in need of new management. Tired of paying for food I don’t receive. I won’t be back.

First time there, ordered a double bacon deluxe and a side of fries. Food’s was good but honestly a little disappointed with the size of the burger. The patties were so small. I know they’re smash burgers but even with two of them, very disappointing. I could have went to Wendy’s and got a double baconator for cheaper and that burger is massive! I’m sure I’ll go back again. I’d like to try the fish sandwich and see how that is.

The only fast food I eat regularly. Their ice cream is delicious, big fan of the Concrete Mixers The burgers, fish sandwiches, and even the chicken are great options. Just as good as full cafeteria dining ️ but convenient and more affordable; the curbside service system is much more orderly than Swenson’s or Sonic.
It’s wonderful that Culver’s entered the market here in NE OH, giving some more variety than nearby McDonald’s and Dairy Queen (my second choice burger place). A buck or two more than Dairy Queen and a couple minutes further but the quality is exceptional.

Tried for the first time tonight.
The fish sandwich was absolutely flavorless and is on the wrong bun. Nobody wants to fight with cold, chewy bread to eat a fish sandwich. Good thing i got a burger as well, right? Nope! That was dry and flavorless as well. Absolutely disappointed. Even with the promotion that uber offered ,itll still never be worth it. I just cant see what the hype is about.

ordered pretzels. ended up up have NO salt. corn dog i ordered was over cooked and the only good thing was the broccoli AFTER i got salt and butter as a side. in my opinion the only good thing here is the “spicy” chicken tenders.

Location will cancel your orders even a hour before close when the staff just doesn’t feel like making them. The way Uber is set up, you don’t even know that till you get there and they waste 20 more minutes sitting in their slow line. All for the girl to pretend I didn’t order it at that location then wouldn’t still make the order when proven wrong.

We placed an order for a group of five. One of our party members is currently going through cancer treatments and is in desperate need of calories so we bought him a double butterburger. I don’t know what on Earth someone was thinking when they served this app. Both patties were pounded completely flat and were charred to the point that they were inedible. A terrible disappointment and we had to find other food for our family member.

I tried to give this place another chance today because I missed their food. However, today’s visit was a stark reminder as to why my family doesn’t come here anymore. They completely forgot the cheese on my chili cheese fries (the only food item I ordered). It ruined the fries and I ended up having to throw them away because they were grossly dry yet soggy at the same time. I am beyond disappointed. In addition to waiting for 10 min for my order (there was only one other car in the drive thru and the inside was pretty empty), I also wasted my money since I couldn’t even eat it. You guys used to be SO GOOD! The decline in quality is inexcusable and it’s been like this for months. I’m not coming back because you guys wasted my 2 most precious commodities: my money and my time.
