I had a really disappointing experience at Chipotle on February 26, 2026, around 3 p.m. The girl cashier working at the register had a very rude attitude from the start. When my dad was paying with my card, he wanted to leave a little tip, but she said he couldn’t since he was paying by card. He said he would go to the car to get cash for a tip instead because he was just trying to be nice. While I was standing there waiting for him, she kept telling me to “pay now,” even though I explained that my dad was coming back with cash. On top of that, she kept rolling her eyes at me for no reason and seemed very grumpy and annoyed. We weren’t being rude at all because my dad was literally trying to tip you guys, so I don’t understand why we were treated with such disrespect. Customer service matters, and this interaction left a really bad impression.

I’m putting in this review not just for this Location. I’ve been ordering online from different locations. The problem you guys have is that you put one person dealing with online ordering and then all the other people are serving on the other line but the problem sometimes I go and your order is delaying on online When I go to the store I see all the people out front. They are doing nothing. The line is empty and then the other person on the online ordering he’s by himself I don’t think you guys believe on the teamwork they supposed to help him because sometimes the online ordering are so busy and then upfront there is no people to order And you still have three people out front doing nothing this is what I saw please your food is good. Take care of your customer service and then has to be quick because it’s a quick serve place.

If you absolutely have to go to a Chipotle in the evening, always choose the Vienna location a mile away, or Taco Bell down the street. If you are forced to go here at night, be aware they will be out of rice and other important ingredients, meaning you’ll often leave hungry.
This happens very often, as I said. Staff does not care and they do not make more once they run out, so you will go away hungry on many evenings. Further, as the large amount of negative reviews shows, the staff here is careless and inattentive, the sanitation standards are poor, and it seems the workers have been instructed to portion under the normal Chipotle standard to try and save small amounts of money at the expense of the customers.
If you waste your time coming here after 8 PM, by the time you wait in line and discover they can’t serve most people because of lack of ingredients, many other options may be closed to you, and you may end up having to go down the street to the Taco Bell drive-through, which is at least open late fortunately, or to Fairfax Burger King, or just having to go to 7-11 or make your own food at home, if you have anything.
Stay away unless you absolutely have to risk it because of no other options.

Came here for dinner and they had no white rice. How does a Chipotle not have white rice? The server asked the guys in the back if they were making rice, and they replied with, “Yeah we have brown rice coming up.” She asked about white rice, and they just said “No.” What?? This is Chipotle! How do they not have white rice prepped when they clearly see it’s running low?? It shows how well they handle customer service.

Food was just as flavorful as ever. However, I found my meal today to be overly salted. Exact same meal I always have — bowl, chicken, pintos, Brown rice, corn, salsa and a little bit of cheese. The food is quite good enough and doesn’t need to be salted so much!

We came here on Sunday morning, and there were no other customers in the store. The staff was attentive and helpful, and the place was kept mostly clean. There were plenty of parking spots nearby, so parking shouldn’t be an issue. Overall, it’s a nice Chipotle branch.

I called the store because I had a question that the robotic/AI operator wasn’t able to understand. It says that the restaurant staff can’t answer “every call” which is a complete lie because they obviously don’t answer ANY calls, literally none at all. There was no answer that I could give the robotic operator where it allowed me to speak to an actual person. The AI operator is awesome for what it can easily assist you with but it’s not going to understand everything. They entirely severed any way to speak to an actual person at this location. That’s horrible customer service and very frustrating. I can see why this location has such low reviews. They’re doing inconsiderate things that cause unnecessary frustration.

This place used to be a staple for us despite the declining portions but will avoid going forward. Local teens hang out here and this place charged a group of kids 2x when they asked for a 50-50 portion of meat. They didn’t have an adult with them. The cashier told them it was double meat and charged them for 2 burritos instead of one. Kids were too timid to push back. Really disappointing!
