If you miss a true southern taste of shrimp or crawfish, this is the place to go to. It’s delicious, service is excellent and the restaurant is very clean and friendly. Next time, I’m gonna try their Alfredo seafood pasta and sandwiches.

A relatively new addition to this food court with lots of parking. It has a typical fast casual interior. I ordered my fried oysters and chips at the counter, given a number stick and sat down. The order was brought to me shortly.
There were six huge deep fried breaded oysters with lots of fries. The oysters were crispy hot and juicy with a strong oyster taste, maybe not so fresh. It could be better if the oysters were seasoned and a more seasoned breading. The fries were good. I brought about half home for later. So quantity was good.
A good value and I’ll try a boil for my next repeat.

Bag O Crab did not disappoint! It’s no frills, you can order on the kiosk, and self serve utensils (food, plates, bibs, gloves, water).
A positive was they only surface 5/10/15% tip options likely because you’re mainly serving yourself.
The seafood was plump, fresh and easy to peel compared to other places I’ve been. What shocked me was the freshness of the garlic they used. The garlic actually had some punch to it!
The sauce was good, salty, buttery, garlicky, but if I had one critique – could use another 15% seasoning.
The butter noodles were so soft and plump and one of the best I’ve had!
Overall, one of the best seafood boil experiences in the area and I will be returning.

Omgaaaaarsh! This place is delicious!! My son told me he wanted to try this place one day so today; September 6th, was the day to try the restaurant out. I ordered via Door Dash and chose the pickup option, saved 6 bucks cuz they have a promo on the Dash, anyways, let me just say real quick that the pickup bag is amazing, okay okay, omg the combo 2 of bags was amazing. We got the Louisiana Spice in Mild and it was perfect for me, I’m not a spice lover, my 24 son is, whom I shared the bag with, so I wanted to give him some spice to enjoy the meal also. Sinuses cleared the crab was so easy to break I could use my hands but my son did use a breaker for easier access and isn’t a neanderthal like I am the potatoes where so fresh and tasty, the sausage was wonderful. The corn was fat and juicy! When I picked up my order the front counter employees were so sweet and welcoming. Thank you so much, definitely coming back for another pick up, maybe I’ll go inside an enjoy the environment one day, I’m basically a hermit grab my food and flee back home to enjoy it. Love the touch screen ordering. The food came out quickly and was delicious. The decore was fun to look at while waiting. The current prices are great compared to similar restaurants in the area. The to-go bag is super cute and reusable. It’s now apart of my picnic bag collection.

Great location (finally one in lower west bay!) where you order first and then sit down to eat at the table. They have self service kiosks or you can order at the counter. Seafood tasted very fresh and great quality. Atomic sauce is on point like all other Bag O Crabs. Overall, total hit and will be coming back.
Utensils are self service but they’ll give you a to go looking bag with utensils and napkins inside as well
Only ask (other Bag O Crabs have it) is that if eating there they could provide metal trays to pour boiling into because juicy boils can very much spill over. Plus having a tray allows more sauce pooling to dip which is nice.

As others have noted, there is probably a lot of MSG in the seasoning that they use. I typically don’t have issues with MSG when I eat out but today I am struggling physically.
Note that I got the non-spicy version with garlic butter. So I didn’t expect any MSG. But the thing is that on the spiciness level, I think they ask that because they are putting in a seasoning powder.
I don’t know if it’s possible to have them steam your seafood without the seasoning powder. But if MSG is an issue for you, I would definitely ask about that. Non-seasoning didn’t seem to be an option on the ordering screen in the restaurant.
The lobster itself was tasty and the lady at the front was friendly.
Just for those of us who are sensitive to additives, I think the restaurant needs to do a better job of giving us options.

One of our family’s favorite places to visit since it opened a few months ago. We go almost every other week and love the quick, no-fuss ordering and self-service setup. Most importantly, the food—mainly the shrimp and crabs we order, along with the standard potatoes and corn—has always been fresh and delicious.
