Never had this particular franchise before so I went with a few classmates.
It was crazy busy but the line took 15mins not too bad. It reminds me of Moe’s or Chipotle…we decided to try a few things. I had 3 tacos..the steak which was delicious…the hot & sweet chicken which had great flavor and the birria.I got Corn tortillas and all the toppings I wanted. I saw the lady struggling to fit my 3 tacos from the foil to the bowl. I suggested to keep it on the foil and just place it in the bowl. In the time she took to place and me to pay I sat and ate and my tacos fell apart…the flavor of my 3 tacos I enjoyed.
I ordered the bowl as well.2 protiens which I had and the pork was moist and tasty but then ground beef…not good. It was a texture of filler meat.it didn’t taste like ground meat per say…it looked great but didn’t overall taste good at all. I picked it out of my bowl.
The chips were fresh and the haberno salsa was really good and the spicy queso was food. The chili crema in the corn for the side was flavorful.
Overall good food. Fresh toppings. Better than taco bell. Food choice for base considering we lack alot of choices.
The environment would be better if it wasn’t so packed. Alot of trainees. I’m not sure if the PX one opened as yet.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an unacceptable experience I had at your Qdoba location — Store #1865 — on July 5, 2024, at approximately 12:25 PM.

While placing my order, I politely requested rice on my burrito. An employee, who appeared to be an older Black woman (old enough to be my grandmother), responded with extreme rudeness and hostility. To my shock, she began cursing at me in front of other customers. Her behavior was entirely unprofessional, disrespectful, and uncalled for — especially given the simplicity and reasonableness of my request.

As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. This experience left me extremely disappointed and uncomfortable. I’m not only frustrated by the interaction, but also concerned that others may be subjected to similar treatment if this issue is not addressed.

I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken. I also would appreciate a follow-up regarding how Qdoba plans to ensure better customer service at this location moving forward.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Got a bowl and burrito

Chicken bowl; It look like I got a lot of food but really just about 5 pieces of chicken and that is for almost $11.
Burrito; tastes fine but look at the picture, not a solid meal for the price and the wait.

I got a look when I asked for some salsa because I bought chips and they don’t have salsas bar. it was not pleasant experience. ( Dia.… have free chips and salsa bar )

Maybe will visit after they get settled in.

This place attracts the old contractors who have never left Georgia, much less have ever heard of Guacamole. They hold up the line longer than just waiting on the regular employees because they have to ask if the lettuce is spicy.

Further, I got about half the meat I would get at a normal qdoba and waited significantly longer than you would anywhere else. They could take a lesson or two from Panda Express. Find another restaurant if you value your time and money, otherwise it’s fine.

Don’t waste your money. My order was wrong, extremely small portions. The food was horrible…. I doubt I will try it again, it wasn’t just because they had just opened, the food was bad, service was horrible, way overpriced!!! Nothing authentic, nothing homemade!!

Food is good but the ladies can be rude as hell and incredible stingy with meat. Then get annoyed anytime you ask for double meat cause they don’t want to have to fill it during rush hour. I don’t understand you know there is always gonna be a rush and they don’t make meat ahead of time or even have bigger pans for the meat. Maybe a weird corporate rule but still. I like qdoba just not this one.

Tried to get a burrito over lunch. Stood in line like everyone else, got to the front, asked for chicken…. They said “nope, we are out and we are waiting for her”. No problem, I’ll do the Adobo Chicken. Get to the next station, asked for the corn…. She said nope, we are out (mind you it’s 1215… there’s no way they don’t plan on restocking all day). I shook my head with a bit of irritation. The lady says “here”, grabs the container the corn was in and scraps the remainders on my burrito and says, “there, are you happy now”…I ended up just walking away. For some reason, she didn’t think this was at all rude.

Not a great experience, I can’t really judged the food because I’m not paying for food that can’t be provided, especially when the employees are being rude.

It’s kind of deceiving how much you get; the bowl has huge, but only half of it was filled. It’s like they put a small order in a large order bowl. The habanero chicken was fine, but it tastes premade. Maybe theyuse fortified, frozen chicken? It def didn’t taste fresh, so the price was a bit much for both the quantity and the quality of the food. Don’t go to this place during lunch for the classes!!

Terrible customer service. Employees were talking amongst themselves and even cussing while serving food. One of the ladies was really rude and had very bad attitude.
