**NOT WORTH THE DRIVE**
If I could leave a 0 Star I would. First look inside and the restaurant is filthy, doesn’t look like they care about presentation. Then, you get to the counter and they never have anything in stock that you want and refuse to make anymore bagels after they run out. And if you customize any order, good luck getting it done correctly, if you bring it to they’re attention the manager doesn’t know any customer service skills and will refuse to make it correct.. We’ll never be coming back to this place for breakfast.

I ordered online. When I arrived they wouldn’t ask, stop or be available to ask for my order for 10 minutes. Many Einsteins have a rack to pick up. Not this one. Wasn’t sure where to stand to have someone stop to ask me why I was there so tried everywhere. They finally waited on someone else, then me. They found it behind the counter with the door dash. When I got to the place I was visiting I realized there was no smear in the bag. Pretty embarrassing. No place provided to offer feedback on the receipt or website so I’m writing here.

I got off a twelve hour shift and went to get breakfast. Went through drive through and was interrupted mid sentence and because of the interruption had my order messed up. The person who took my card was really nice but the one who handed my food wasn’t.

Had the Texas Brisket. I’m very disappointed with the bun. Thought it would be an actual bagel, was not. The majority of tables were also dirty and we had to hunt to find a clean one to sit at. Sandwich was good though.

I placed my order over two hours ahead of time to make sure they would have what I ordered and drove from an hour away. I get there and my order is not ready because they dont have most of what I ordered. No notice at all. Having some type of notice would have been helpful to at least cancel and not have to drive all that way. Definitely disappointed

The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere extremely pleasant. We chose to sit outside, and a staff person brought my service dog a cup of water and a bowel to drink out of. They also served puppy bagels, which my dog got to enjoy when she was off-duty.

Everything was completely wrong on this order. I ordered gourmet bagels. What I received was 2 poppy seed bagels, 2 raisin bagels and 2 mystery bagels cuz idk what they are. They didn’t give me the plain spread that comes with it. They only gave me the EXTRA tub of onion & chive shmear I paid for. The vanilla sweet cream cold brew was not a vanilla SWEET CREAM cold brew. Had to tell the guy at the counter how to make it. I’m afraid to even taste the chai tea in fear they put 2% milk and not almond milk how I asked. And I can’t have milk. I understand maybe forgetting one thing. But everything? If they were out of something they should have told me when I got there and had me pick stuff out I wanted. And compensated with a gift card or something for the extra money I spent on the gourmet bagels. And how do they not know how to make the coffees on their own menu? I contacted the company to get my money back. Let’s see how that goes.

I love the food services great however it’s always extremely hot inside here. One of the employees said they keep it that way because they get a lot of older patrons. Also they close at I believe 2:00 in the afternoon. Ugh!
