This is my go to place for soups, is definitely on my top 5 for delicious and nutritious soups. This Panera us definitely perfect for any time of the day, breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner. I usually get the soup on a bread bowl, and my favorite is Broccoli cheddar soup. Their sandwiches and flatbread pizzas are awesome too! If getting a bagel, try it with the walnut cream cheese, yum! Customer service is great, and very fast with the order. There is plenty of seating but I would not recommend it for meetings, it could get loud with so many people around.
***There is plenty of parking space.

Really disappointed in my experience today. I was literally the ONLY customer in the store. I ordered a half salad and a sandwich. The sandwich was literally a hot mess. Everything was chopped small? Which I’ve never experienced before with this sandwich. The whole thing fell apart. It’s not like the person making it was in a rush. Again I was the only person in the store. $18 not well spent.

I ordered the chicken chipotle sandwich and am highly disappointed! I advise everyone that goes here, Norwalk CT location, to double check their order. This is the 2nd time my order was incorrect but this recent sandwich order was by far horrible. There’s no chicken in it. The audacity to even think this was ok to give to a customer is beyond me. The only thing I omitted on my order was the cheese. I’m not going back.

I’ve been a longtime fan of Panera Bread, but the Norwalk location has been a big disappointment. After a few bad experiences, I’ve decided not to go back. The quality feels like it has completely dropped off a cliff.

The bread—once Panera’s signature and most important item—now tastes cheap and bland. When the bread itself loses its quality, the whole experience falls apart. Unfortunately, this location no longer lives up to what Panera used to stand for.

I didn’t know half a sandwich meant you got half the food in your sandwich it was pretty pitiful. I ordered an Italian sandwich, i didn’t expected it to be toasted since it says just (Available Hot) under its listing on the menu, hen there was hardly any meat in the sandwich.

On the positive note; My wife was happy with her sandwich and soup and my kids always love the mac and cheese and grilled cheese (which truly are quite good)

Good customer service but they fail to keep an eye on they’re iced tea and iced coffee dispenser. I waited over hafl an hour for them to replace the iced coffee so I can get my coffee and leave. They should check these thing at least every half hour when they’re not busy, and every 15 minutes when they’re busy to be sure that they don’t have customers waiting for them to brew more.
If it were on a day I work and I was on lunch break I would be late going back into work.

WHO DID THIS?! It’s Friday night. Aug 14. I don’t know who the masked magician is that made my turkey bravo sandwich tonight but give that person a raise and a special on the local news. It’s a perfect sandwich. Thank you!

OK, let me preface this by saying it’s not about the Chips

So I don’t go there often and the last time I was actually here was probably over a year ago. But I took my 83 yr old mother to shop at Walmart and she wanted soup in a bread bowl.

So I order the soups 2 in bread bowls and a bottle of water. Last time I was there you would get chips for each soup so when they gave me the soups with only one bag of chips I asked for the other bag thinking they just forgot to put it on the plate.

The girl behind the counter proceeds to hand me the bag and say you only get one bag of chips per order. So I say oh ok then you can take the chips back no big deal however, she insist I take the bag of chips and follows it with well you purchased 2 bowls so you only get one bag, just so you know in the future… so I say.. oh is there a special going on or something?

Now I asked the question because I wanted to be clear so that next time I order I could figure out how to order so that everyone whose eating get’s their chips because if not my mother will spend 90% of the time worried that no everyone got the same thing. (It’s a 1940’s starvation life mentality that she can’t let go of). So Cool no big deal if it’s just one bag but if I ordered a special inadvertently then next time I’ll know that I need to order a different way.

However, the response I got was.. YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY MAMA and she basically turned away from me while rolling her eyes.

OK, so it took every cell of my being and the fact that I had my mother with me not to rip this kid a new one. The temptation to say.. HEY! Nice Customer Service! HOWEVER, I’m asking you a question so that the next time I’m forced to come into this God Forsaken *$&% Hole I can order correctly so that the old lady whose sitting in a chair waiting for her meal doesn’t get upset over the fact that she thinks our fat behinds are dying of starvation!

The customer service at this Panera’s needs to be upped by 100% not to mention the fact that 99.9% of the time they get your order wrong. Unfortunately, for my mom there will not be any future repeat trips to this place. I can deal with them getting the order wrong but unless they are paying my bills or keeping me in the fashion I would like to be kept they better reel in their snot attitudes.

So that is the nail on the Panera coffin for us.

My noodle bowl and bread were on point. I won’t be coming back here, though. I went to the counter a second time for a pastry, and the guy who took my order insulted his co-workers to me. Then when I brought my pastry back to ask the guy at the register if it could be toasted, an employee on the other side of the room yelled to me “WE DON’T TO THAT.” Register guy says, “We don’t have a toaster, we have a microwave.” I said, “okay, could I get this heated then?” His response was a fairly snarky, “you can do it yourself” as he pointed to a microwave under the table the tea sits on. Communication skills lacking at this particular location.
