so good! i come here all the time but just had an order so good i had to come write a review! i felt bad because i placed a mobile order about 10min before coming to the drive thru but had a good bit of items on the order. the lady at the window was SO nice & the order was genuinely some of the freshest best tacobell i’ve had in a while. whoever worked tonight did a fantastic job & as someone who also works in food service it seems like whoever is managing this location is also doing an awesome job! every time i come through the girl at the window seems so happy & funny, 10/10 vibes 10/10 food(:

This is the absolute worst location. A few months ago this place was great, whoever is in charge now needs to be fired. All the current workers need to be fired. The food is cold, it’s never correct, and the employees take from your order. My husband waited at the counter for nearly 10 minutes to pick up a mobile order. All the employees just stared at him. Not one acknowledged him. So he decided to go to the drive thru. They informed us we needed to go in to pick it up. After my husband said he had been inside and waited for 10 minutes the girl in the drive thru scoffed, laughed, and in a sarcastic tone said “okayyyyy”. He went back inside only to hear the them bad mouthing him. Extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. I went in with him after they started talking crap about him. What I saw? Filth. No hairnets, many weren’t wearing gloves, the girl talking bad went and hid in the back, and a boy not in uniform rubbing the front of his pants and groin area before he started digging through tacos shells and tortillas bare handed. Zero work ethic. And as a tip for anyone in the service industry, it might be fun to talk crap about people, until you do it to the wrong person. I will never come back here until all of the employees have been replaced by people who actually want to work. It’s sad as this used to be one of my goto’s for a late night pick me up.

We ordered through the app, paid extra for steak instead of chicken in the cantina chicken quesadilla, didnt get the blackbeans and rice side I ordered, didnt get any sauce packets including the 4 avocado Verde salsa packets I paid extra for as well as the Diablo and mild sauce packs I requested. I ordered a confetti cookie freeze and didnt get it, we got no straws for the drinks, and when we called they said we had to go through the taco bell app which takes 3-5 business days to respond. Then they said we could go pick it up but we ordered delivery for a reason. I gave a 20% tip, it took over an hour to be delivered and the food that we did receieve was cold. I dont blame the driver he was waiting at the restaurant for a while to pick it up and it was sealed. Look, I work in a restaurant. Things happen or are overlooked but at least refund me for the things I paid for that I didnt get.

Went through the drive-thru and placed a $32 plus order for 3 people. Got it home and out of the 3 orders, only 1 was correct. We ordered a crunchwrap combo, this was correct. Next order was for the 3 soft tacos combo, this one was incorrect. There were NO soft tacos. We received 1 Doritos loco taco and 1 cheesy roll-up and no third item. The last order was for the Discovery Luxe Box, there was NO Chalupa Supreme and beef dipping burritos instead of the chicken. Very disappointed with this order. Not surprised though because this location has a reputation for getting everything wrong!

Me and my boyrfriend went to the drive through, the girl at the speaker was rude, really weird, and literally IGNORED some of our order and when we tried to correct her she ignored us again and tried to move on to the next part of our order. We were like what ever she got most of our order so its fine. But then when we got our food they completely messed up my drink and they forgot my fork (the food i got is supposed to come with a fork and is too messy to eat with hands, especially in the car) so my boyfriend went in to try to get them to fix it and they didnt even acknowledge he was there, even though he was standing right in front of them, so he just left. Just to clarify at no point were we rude to them, my boyfriend was very polite (more polite than i wouldve been thats for sure) and i kept my mouth shut cause i knew if i said anything it wasnt gonna be nice. This place needs to train their employees better or something cause theyre rude, bad at their jobs and honestly some of them just act plain weird.

I placed a mobile order on Wednesday the 11th and realized once I got home my chalupa was wrong. The potatoes were hard and inedible and it was also missing the spicy ranch sauce I paid extra for. I called and spoke to the manager on duty(forgot to get her name) that night who was extremely friendly and offered to replace it the following day since I was already home. I was told to ask for Tish when I came since the woman I spoke with would be off. I arrived on Thursday the 12th at 2pm to get my replacement chalupa and ended up throwing it away because it was so off putting watching her make a simple taco and how sloppy she was. Tish has a serious attitude problem and it’s hard to believe she is considered a manager. She acted like she was so inconvenienced to remake 1 taco. Not friendly whatsoever and never once apologized for the disgusting and stale food they served me the previous night, which she was here for. I remember her handing me my order in drive thru. This location specifically is so hit or miss. If you order here, always always always check your food before you drive off. If it happens to be wrong, don’t even bother saying anything to Tish because she clearly couldn’t care less.

Dear Taco Bell Team,

I’m writing to let you know that I’ve now completed roughly one mile of driving around your establishment after receiving an order that was missing my nacho fries, napkins, and a fork.

I understand mistakes happen, but these are pretty basic items—especially when the order includes food that requires utensils. Having to circle back (and around) to correct something that should have been checked before handing over the order is frustrating and unnecessary.

I’d appreciate a bit more attention to order accuracy going forward. It would save customers time, fuel, and a fair amount of irritation.

Whole staff was so amazing, food was so hot! The food was the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had and on top of that a specific special lady named Renee was absolute sunshine! Made our day so so amazing. We were upset about the app not working well and disappointed we had to walk in, but so glad we did. Hope she gets every raise she can get

Placed an online order for in-store pickup. when we arrived and the lobby was locked, we called the store and a young man informed us that the lobby was closed due to weather, but we could come through the drive thru to pick up mobile orders. We checked and saw that the payment had gone through and the money had been taken from the bank account. When we pulled up to the speaker, not even 2 minutes following aforementioned phone call, a woman on the other end of the speaker told us that the entire store was closed and she had no way of getting us a refund for the food they could not provide, and when we explained that we had just called and been told to come through the drive-thru, she refused to answer and would not provide any more information. This location lacks staff training and helpfulness, is technologically inept, and has had issues with multiple previous orders.
