Absolutely had the best experience. Was here out of town, waiting for my hotel check in time while I worked, and they were so very kind, definitely didn’t feel like a Starbucks atmosphere and I loved it. Being from western WA, our Starbucks’ don’t have this friendly type of atmosphere and it was very pleasant! Will def be back!

I ordered a white chocolate mocha and received a white chocolate mocha with no white chocolate sauce?? That’s just milk + espresso. Emotional damage in a cup.
Respectfully, the entire personality of that drink is the white chocolate sauce. Removing it turns it into a very expensive, slightly confused latte. Thanks!

I come to this location most often in the morning before 8 am. They tend to be quote busy but I have good timing with a mobile order. I have not seen as much of a rush during other times of the day. I enjoy the baristas here and the space is decent for sitting in the dining area.

Starbucks is always one of my favorite places to go not only for their good coffee but they always have good customer service. I went through the drive thru this morning, and the person did not respond after I ordered idk if her microphone was off but after I said hello she said she got my order. I pulled up to the window and my order was not correct and the lady with dark hair and a cheek piercing was not friendly at all I always tip but she didn’t even say have a nice day after she fixed our drinks, when she handed us our drinks she didn’t say anything just walked away ignoring us. I’ve never been treated this way before I will take my business elsewhere. I think your management team need to work with her on having better customer service.

I had a really disappointing experience at Starbucks today. I simply asked for a small cup of water (which I know they usually provide), and the employee at the drive through that was taking my order was incredibly rude. She insisted that I had to purchase something else in order to get a a small cup of water. It’s a shame that such poor customer service is being practiced especially at Starbucks at this location which I come to often.

The service here is horrid. A few weeks ago i ordered a pink drink, and it was completely rotten to the point it was chunky, and I had to throw it away. Today at around 6:35 i ordered a cheese Danish and a matcha lavender latte with almond milk, venti, and they handed me it in a Grande. When i notified them of the error, the girl snatched the drink from my hand, and was gossiping on what I assume to be me to her coworker, and handed me a new drink. It was made semi-correctly, but didn’t have the almond milk substitution I requested, which was not good, as I have an intolerance to gluten and having oatmilk makes me sick. I had wished her a good day and thanked her for remaking it, and she simply blankly looked at me, not responding to me. Horrible, horrible service and I will not be returning as this is a continued issue.

Paola needs to chill with her attitude. The girl rang my drink in incorrectly, no big deal and I asked her to remake it. She takes her time, then remakes it incorrectly, not what I ordered, again. And the entire time commenting and speaking condescending and rude. I was extremely patient I just wanted my drink as I ordered. She treats people like that daily you won’t have returning customers. Yikes.
