Not sure what the deal is with this Ninjas but the service is pretty terrible. So I went for lunch Wednesday and waited 30 minutes. I watched my order get placed in the hot window and it sat their for 10 minutes because the girls at the front were moving very slow or just straight up doing nothing. Keep in mind they were not busy. The food was fine when it does come out. Fast forward to Friday I go again for lunch. There’s hardly anyone there and they got 7 tickets in the window. After waiting 45 minutes I decided to get a refund. I witness cooks in the back standing around not doing anything and then come to find out their tickets were not printing in the back. The cooks can clearly see people standing in the lobby waiting for food but instead of asking why they don’t have tickets to to make, they just stood there. Then I ask for a refund and they can’t give me a refund because only the manager can and she isn’t there so now we’re playing phone tag trying to get my money back. Absolutely insane.

Ready by 3 p m I arrived twenty minutes late still nor started it . 4 people at the registered, no one would help me.One was counting money, two were talking to each other about school .And one was playing on their phone. It was ok…I doubt that I would return…I like the concept but like everywhere you go these days, nobody wants to work… The place was clean…I got a combo bowl & sushi… This was my 1st, only & last time going …MY opinion, the taste, meat portion is not worth the price tag… You do get plenty of rice & veggies…My food had no flavor at all… The fried rice was old & clumpy…My sushi was warm & mushy, so after tasting one piece, I just threw it away…

I’m not sure what has changed but the food tonight was awful! The steak was so dry (ordered medium) and looked like dog kibbles! The crack chicken was burnt and the fried rice had a weird taste to it! I just hope they get it back to how good it use to be!

The restaurant was dirty and the staff totally unmotivated and seemed to not care. I don’t know what was worse, the blank stare of the cashier, the inattentive look on the rest of the staff, or the massive flabby piece of fat that I without knowing put in my mouth, or the soggy burned vegetables. I’m not sure what happened but about 4 years ago I went to a restaurant called jay’s which seems to be the OG restaurant and that place was good. But this place has fallen off…in a town with already limited options you would think they would try harder.

Food is good. Atmosphere is nice, but maybe needs a bit more cleaning. Most of the tables had not been wiped down. Every great restaurant has people in the front who make customers feel welcome. They may want to work on this.

Not sure what has been going on my family has loved this place but for the past two months it seems like people have been forgotten or ignored my family went in there one time and they just looked at them and made them wait 30 minutes while their food just sat there and I’ve called and no hold please just pick up and put on hold for 15 minutes and it runs out and hung up so when called back they clicked the phone so it hung up not sure but we’ve been multiple times where people are ignored and just sitting there waiting the food is great but the service has been terrible

The food at Ninja is nowhere as good as it use to be. Got the steak bowl and the steak was as tough as beef Jerry and a order of vegi rolls that would not even stay together for you to pick them up. The cashier had 0 personality and seemed like he did not want to take our order he kept constantly asking do you want anything else while we were deciding. There were no other customers in line so there was no need to rush us. When I went to the counter to pick up the dine in order the tray was just pushed towards me and the girl behind the counter just said here as she slid it towards me and walked off. The customer service is awful. I honestly doubt I will come back. I’ll go somewhere where they make you feel welcomed next time and don’t act like your a burden to them because you came in and ordered.

The food is always delicious, warm, and made to order. The take out plates, however, are left to be desired. They used a thicker, round bowl with plastic lids at one point, but they went back to the styrofoam plates yesterday. So much juice ran out of the flattened plates by the time I made it home.
I also witnessed an elder gentleman walk in to recieve his take out order and get completely ignored by the staff! The lady runnig checkout was busy prepping plates, yes, but she immediately asked me my name and number when I first walked in. She kept handing out plates, eventually my own, and still had not even said hello or that she would be right with him by the time I left.
They get so much right, so I do hope they can work out the service issues soon. Definitely plan to eat there again.
