I’m unsure if the tall, bald individual with a black hat, whose name tag appeared to read ‘Kenneth’ or similar, was the manager, but I had a concerning experience during my visit. I requested a refund due to unsanitary conditions, including the presence of a roach and employees smoking without washing their hands, which made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene standards. During the refund process, I was further disturbed when the individual seemed to mutter something under his breath that sounded like a derogatory term. Regardless of intent, such language is unacceptable and created a hostile environment. This whole situation left me feeling very uneasy and questioning the professionalism and cleanliness of the establishment.

Very disappointed with this Bojangles,it is one of the bad ones in Rome … they are usually wrong on your order and they are very sloppy. The food is not fresh it was very old and they tried to use warm icing to cover up old biscuits and often they don’t have what you order, most of the staff at this establishment have a “I don’t care”attitude. Get better soon Bojangles

Generally always friendly for a business that is always busy. The line always moves fairly quick unless someone has a large order. This is basically a drive thru only location so it does happen sometimes. I recommend checking your order as you pull away because I have received the wrong order once, but they are almost always accurate to what you ask for.

The food was cold after I waited for 47mins in line, they had a rude tone while making my order, and I didn’t even get my food packaged correctly. Other Bojangles’ I’ve been to, have been great, but this one is just terrible in soo many ways. I can tell they had no training on costumer service at all.

I’m in the drive thru doing the review that’s how annoyed I am. I just moved to this side of town and this bojangles is horrible but it’s the only place that sells fries in the am and that’s what my toddler wants. The food is always horrible at this location and I don’t like the attitudes. They don’t even allow you to say your order without cutting you off.. I also asked for condiments and her response was “not right here, at the window only” or something like that but was that necessary? Her tone was rude and it threw me off. Just put the mustard in the bag omg! Other restaurants get upset when you don’t ask at the intercom. I can’t keep up with all the rules. UPDATE!!!!!!!!!

The biscuits are always flat and the fries are always half cooked. The employees are always talking to one another and not getting the food out properly, then they get an attitude when you say something. I’m so over BOJANGLES!!
