Ordered lunch with a colleague and it was just okay. I realized my expectations were a little bit too high before ordering so when the food arrived and I ate it, I was a somewhat disappointed. I’m really into big bold flavors and the way this food taste, it was blah or bland. Eventhough, I didn’t have a great experience , I still recommend giving this place a try $$$. There appears to be a lot more to explore based on the other reviews.

The damn oxtails had a damn worm in it the nastiest thing I have seen in my food almost fainted I don’t usually eat Spanish oxtails cause i know it don’t taste as good as Jamaican oxtails but I tried to try it they oxtails looked so weird just looking at it I was turned off compared to Jamaican oxtails , I been eating oxtails from Jamaican restaurant I have never experienced any weird thing inside my food !!! Nothing that look like that should have been in my food but the actual oxtails!!!!

I love Manny’s! I’ve been going there for years and Fridays are my favorite because they have bacalao. Portions are always huge, customer service is excellent, food is delicious and reasonably priced. Well worth the drive from the suburbs to get some great food and I love and miss the neighborhood too. Usually, I like to sit and eat there, but since we’re in a pandemic I got my food to go.

Ordered food off of Uber eats . Ordered shrimp mofongo and pepper steak with rice and pegion peas . This restaurant decided to send me the wrong food . I got oxtail instead of pepper steak and the mofongo came with 3 shrimp only . If they didn’t have the food or enough of it they should’ve canceled instead of sending me whatever they wanted today. I called the store but they actually closed as my food was being delivered. Will call in the morning. My kid doesn’t eat oxtails

This food is disgusting this place Fiid is hard and stale. The nanny’s on Frelinghuysen is soooo much better this place food is disgusting very disappointing the chicken was very hard and the rice was bland and disgusting they need to get better cooks!!!
