Ordered from here 12/01/2025 and while I was eating my burger a sharp piece of plastic stabbed my gum. Quality of food was awful. Experience eating it was quite literally painful.

I ALWAYS brag on this place bc I always have hot fresh food. Tonight was the opposite. Kids working who were hateful and lazy. First everytime im inside an employee comes out of the bathroom, and the smell of smoke fills the air. Theyre obviously smoking in the bathroom. I stopped eating inside bc I dont want to smell cigarettes when im eating. Tonight I went through and ordered a caramel coffee and 2 teas with light ice. A young colored girl handed it to me and I say, “I wanted light ice,” bc the cups were full of ice and an inch of the bottom of the cup was all there was without ice. She rolled her eyes and sighed and he said, ” that is light ice.” I said, “No its not, Ive got it before. Like literally everytime I come.” She proceeded to make up an excuse that she can only do half a cup of ice and no less. I said, ” ive got it before and its not like this.” And she said, “well everyone’s different” and slammed the window. When I went around, I looked and saw that an inch was only tea at the bottom of the cup and drove back around. By this time another young girl with blonde hair was there and a girl with dark hair. They were standing there doing nothing, but talking, just as they were prior to me coming. The girl who waited on me before stood beside the counter so she didnt have to look at me. She stood out of site like a coward. I told them, ‘Im gonna need light ice. This is ridiculous and NOT light ice.” Then I showed her the cup and told her that the girl said it couldnt be less than half a cup and showed them it was much more than half a cup. I mean it was a full cup of ice. The blonde said, ” I dont really think its that big a deal.” Well yes it is bc its what I want. Im paying for a cup of tea, not ice. I dont want tea flavored water. I want cold tea. So she was being smart to a customer. Im not paying for her opinion on what I am ordering. The dark hair girl was nice and understanding and filled the bottom of the cup with ice and filled it up as I wished and as every other employee has done in the past. She told me I could ask for extra light. But no I just want light like it always is. I want people to pay attention. Its not hard. So then I go down the rd and take a drink of my caramel coffee and not 1 drop of caramel. I didnt go back bc I was annoyed and ready to go off. This first employee needs fired. She obviously doesnt like her job. She is lazy and rude. She obviously didnt like her talk time being disrupted, didnt look at the screen and then made the drinks wrong and was too lazy to fix them. She was hateful taking the order also, and prob why she made the drinks wrong bc she wasnt listening, too busy talking… She is getting paid to stand there and talk and then make things incorrectly bc her “free time” was interrupted and she couldnt make 3 simple drinks the way they were ordered, which Im sure a kindergarten student could do in this case.

This location has really gone down hill. Idk if its a staff issue or an ordering kiosk probably but we ordered two sandwiches and both came out missing things. I ordered a mcCrispy deluxe which comes with pickles, cheese, and tomato along with the regular stuff now I get mine without tomato but the one I got didnt have pickles or cheese. I got mine fixed easy enough, staff are nice, then sat down only to realize mom’s bacon gold mccrispy delexuse whatever sandwich didn’t have bacon at all. They need to get their stuff together.

Ordered a caramel frappe, was charged for it, and did not receive it. Received the rest, but did not get the frappe. This is the third time this has happened, and it’s disappointing. My roomie also tried to order me one while they were out and pulled up to the window to be told the “caramel isn’t working”. How is that possible when its pumps of syrup? Requesting a refund for the frappe on the most recent order. Do better.

Morning crew is very rude. They take 10-15 minutes to get a small door dash order ready when the drive through is empty and so is the lobby. They act like their doing you a favor by serving you. Terrible costumer service. I wouldn’t even give one star.

Napkins and straws all over the floor and tables, Sometimes rude staff, watery frappe, overcooked Quarter Pounder. And nearly ALWAYS has no ice cream, duh. About half of the time gets the order wrong. Do better, McDonald’s.

This is the best or one of the best McDonald’s I have been too! We try not to eat fast food too much, but I rarely have any issues here and everyone is always so polite and nice.

put an order for breakfast 10-15 min before breakfast stopped and was told i couldnt get it because i showed up to get my order after 10:30 and there was no one to pick up the phone when i called to try and fix that

Went through the Drive-thru, fast and friendly staff, the order was correct, and the food was great!

Our family ordered McDonald’s on the app, while breakfast as being served literally 5 minutes later ( we live down the street) went to go pick it up. Where we were told they couldn’t make our order because they weren’t serving breakfast anymore, which usually I would be understanding but what’s the point of using the mobile app if you can’t even get your food? Very disappointed won’t be using the app again or coming back to this place.
