I was honestly expecting the same old cookie cutter chicken joint. But when I walked in, I realized that I knew very little about Peruvian cuisine. The staff were very I informative and patient with me making me eager to learn more. The baked chicken was very tasty, most, and we’ll kept. The sides and rations are definitely worth the prices, making it the perfect stop for a post workout meal. I’m happy to give “King Pollo” a solid 9/10. I’ll be back very soon.

Been several times in the last few weeks and have never been disappointed. Seeing some other negative reviews but everything is fresh when I get there granted it is 11:00 a.m. Food is great and so is the 1/4 chicken lunch special. Love the fried rice the potato and macaroni salad! It’s a regular spot for me now since it’s close by my work.
Also they don’t charge for extra green or white sauce and have bottles available to use while dining in, first place I’ve been to that does that

Yes yes! Definitely a good restaurant, I’ve been going here since I was younger with my family & where there old location was. The staff members already know our family once we walk in, the chicken is delicious, juicy and has a really good taste. The French fries!! Soo good, I totally recommend if you want to try Peruvian food/Hispanic food.

Scam Artist. I ordered a large beef soup for 12.99 i was charged 15.50 in person. I also ordered chicken and it was sooooo dry with no seasoning. I will not be coming back. One pic of the menu located up on the wall and my receipt. FYI the line that says “side” Thats the soup and it was cold and i did not receive the tortilla as it is listed on the menu.

King Pollo of Sterling is top notch. The roast chicken is tasty. Carne guisada is terrific Carne asada is good. Green beans are tasty. Sides of fried yucca, french fries and mac and cheese ard all good. The store has a good selection of bottled teas, fruit drinks and soft drinks. Clean with plenty of parking in front.
