The staffer taking orders and making pizzas was incredible at getting everything done and tamping down waiting customers’ attitudes. I learned tonight that this company doesn’t take phone orders and I can see why seeing how much has to be done in the shop at a break-neck place. Yet I can also see that a third staffer on hand is very much needed. Pizza dough was good and pizza had a good flavor but my overall opinion when I got home was that it needed to be cooked longer since it was very floppy without a hint of crispness.

I never knew a place of business would have the moto of the rudest poor excuse for customer service but man this place brought it! Baffled really and I’m questioning the last time they cleaned. Hardcore need a retrain in communication, attitude and professionalism in the work place or get out of the way for people that would appreciate having a job. There was no welcoming environment and they had their headphones with no sort of music outside of their own little worlds. The pizza wasn’t proofed nearly long enough and the customer before us even kindly tried to communicate it with nothing but attitude and entitlement in return. Wouldn’t even bother.

My family ended up with stomach aches after we got dinner from this location, and it all happened at the same time. I won’t be getting food from here again. The service is not good either. Both times I’ve been here I walk in and no one is at the front, but I can see them just around the bend… no greeting, no “I’ll be right with you”. Feels more like I’m burdening them when I come in. Plus everytime they have to make what I order which is fine, but it’s never the estimated time I’m given, and I end up waiting what feels like forever. That’s not so great when you have other things planned, or are on lunch break. The location off Fourth Plain is way better across the board.

Hot n Ready is not accurate. We were not given a time frame but customers after us were told 10-20 minutes. Ten minutes so far and we are just waiting for their 5.99 special – commercial said its supposed to be ready when you walk in.

They can’t completely cook the round pizza’s, or cut them properly. Like i get it, it’s cheap pizza, but it can’t be that hard to cook it the proper time so the middle is actually done, and cut it so you can pick up a piece without all the cheese coming off.

We went in there and they didn’t even ask if we were ordering or anything or didn’t say thank you for coming in or anything super disrespectful and We don’t want cheese and she was like “so you want cheese” we sad “NO” cheese please she said we can’t do that whatever comes with it comes with it, so we asked her You just grab it out of the freezer and cook it then? She didn’t respond… I don’t do reviews but this place was a joke.

Spendy 20 dollars for a pizza soaked in salt. This is unreal, whoever made this pizza needs help because are they blind or just rude and don’t want to work? Not enjoyable waste of money. Also to top it off no one answers the phone so I can speak to a manager… Stay away from this location.
