Wow, I’m extremely impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly staff who got me through the line quickly. The food was fresh and delicious, and the location is convenient.
The restaurant was spotless, and as I sat and enjoyed my meal, I couldn’t help but notice how professional, kind, and courteous the employees were—both with each other and with the customers. It was some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen at this type of restaurant.
One staff member, in particular, stood out: the young woman with pink hair and tattoos. She provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Truly exceptional!

Jersey Mike’s in Grand Junction is hands-down my go-to spot every time I’m in town. The staff is always warm and kind, and they greet me as soon as I walk in the door. They consistently ask how my day is, which genuinely makes the experience feel friendly and personal—not rushed or transactional.
On top of that, they make beautiful sandwiches every time. Honestly, it’s my favorite sandwich I can get anywhere, and it’s the one place I make sure to stop whenever I come to Grand Junction. Great people, great service, and consistently amazing food. Highly recommend!

Besides their food being amazing every time I go in, their staff is beyond friendly, and ecerything is kept so clean. They are always busy with customers and to-go orders, working diligently while still being upbeat and making each customer feel like they are the only one.

Wow!!! Today was my second time visiting this Jersey Mike’s in Grand Junction & both times I had an over the top, excellent experience! I love the flavor & quality of all of the Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to, but I have never been to such a genuinely friendly & efficient Jersey Mike’s before! This should be their flagship store where they send everyone to be trained! It wasn’t an act, the people working there were genuinely engaging, friendly, nice people who were great at their jobs! I will definitely come here again on my next trip to Grand Junction.

I’ve never seen anyone in food service be that optimistic and have such a positive attitude, especially when working on a food line. The whole operation seems to be working like a well-oiled machine. one of the best sandwich shops in town! although I couldn’t stand how rude the girl with the tattoos all over her arms was being with her coworkers. I believe her name was Alex. she was pretty loud and obnoxious about it too. everyone seemed to be so tensed around her. i genuinely feel sorry for her peers.
