It is absolutely unacceptable to smash someone’s food with sauce cups. There are bags, corners of the box, and other options. This is the last strike for us. We have had so many things forgotten, pizzas burnt, wings under cooked, and more. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I ordered online through the app on Saturday, December 21st at 9:50 pm. It’s a 30 minute round trip for me. 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back. I arrived at 10:05 pm to pick my food up and they were closed. On their front door and Google it says they’re open until 11 pm. I just wasted 30 minutes of my time. I have eaten at this location from the day they opened. I will NEVER spend a dime there again because how can I be sure they’re actually open? I’m not going to waste 30 minutes of my time again. It’s not like you can call and ask if they’re open because they use an answering service.
*My daughter went on Monday December 23rd at 7:30. She called and made an online order and told the answering service that the hours are unpredictable so she wanted to be connected to the actual store. They refused but said they would call the store. They got back on the line and said they were open so she placed an order. 15 minutes later she pulls up and they were closed. They were supposed to be open, and the answering service guy lied.

Slight glitches, when I tried to order wings, it added plates and napkins. And it wouldn’t allow me to add sauces. Other than that I liked the countdown showing how much longer for your food.

Ordered two pizzas tonight one regular one and one with light sauce so i call the store to see if i can get this fixed bc there both oversauced and i just wanted one with light sauce bc my grandma cant handle all the sauce. I was told i was wrong they were not wrong she made them and dosent make mistakes and would not be correcting the situation even after i told her i would bring both pizzas back and she could see for her self. She stood her ground and said she was right and i was wrong and there was nothing she would do for me. This shouldnt be a shock bc this is not the first time i have had an employee tell me there right and im wrong. I hope you get shut down like your one in chiefland dose. If your looking for quality pizza go anywhere but here i would have gotten papa luigis but they were closed.

We’ve ordered here more than several times and they are by far our favorite place to get pizza. Food is always great but the staff make the experience that much better. Always friendly and always showing us coupons or deals we may have missed. Last week they were short staffed when we picked up but the staff was still trying to keep up the positive attitude. Hungry Howie’s is the only pizza place around us. We decided to give it a try. The service is fantastic! Really great people work there. This location is phenomenal for service!
I can’t say how the atmosphere is because it’s your typical “go in, get your pizza, and leave” type of place. For that type of place, it’s nice, clean, and inviting. There are a couple tables that I’m pretty sure they don’t get much use as in store seating.
As far as the pizza goes… it’s pizza. Their gimmick is that they can season the crust with many options, which is nice. The actual pizza, though… I can’t really recommend. Not because it’s bad but because, for what it costs, it’s pretty underwhelming. It’s the kind of pizza you can get anywhere else, but with seasoning on the crust and more expensive.
If you’re like us and don’t have much choice, or if someone else really wants it, it won’t hurt. But, if you have better options, go with that.

This is the worst Hungry Howies ever !
There Pizza is terrible. They don’t put hardly any toppings, sause or “cheese” verily any on their Pizza’s. I’ve been to alot of Hungry Howies
They need new management because this place is not like the others. And the day time lady or girl that takes the orders over the phone is rude. Almost like we are nothing her. I will not go back to this one.
I will drive to Gainesville from now on.
I’m not wasting my money it’s just not good.
